NABL is a signatory to Asia Pacific Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (APLAC) and International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC) Mutual Recognition Arrangement (MRA) since 2000. As a result of these MRA’s, test / calibration reports of NABL accredited laboratories are considered equivalent to the reports issued by accredited laboratories in more than 70 countries.

Qualifications : The right candidate would be Master’s Degree in relevant branch of Science from a recognized university with minimum 20 years’ experience in laboratories / laboratory based research / Quality Assurance in industry / hospital out of which 11 years experience in senior management level in reputed laboratory accreditation related activities & quality assurance in industry.
Desirable qualifications: Doctorate in Natural Science from a Recognized University. OR Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine from a recognized university with minimum 18 years experience including 11 years experience in senior management level in reputed laboratory / laboratory based research / Quality Assurance in Hospital. A Masters degree in pathology will be desirable.
