1. Brand Development Specialist :
** Bachelor Degree in Management with specialized course in marketing and brand management. Minimum 5 years post / master experience in marketing.
** At least 2 years in Brand Management, experience preferably in cement manufacturing or a related industry.
2. Sr. Mechanic :
** Technical diploma.
** 10 years progressive experience as a technician.
** Understanding of technical drawings
** Knowledge of cement plant main equipments maintenance
** Usage of Measuring tools & other tools
** Gear box overhauling, alignment, hydraulics, fitting of bearings, belt vulcanizing and understanding Hydraulic systems
3. Sales & Marketing Manager :
** Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business Admin.
** Master degree in marketing, business studies or a relevant discipline is a plus 15 years extensive experience in cement marketing operations including 5 years in a leadership role Financial Management .
** Skills Knowledge and expertise in the cement industry and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabian market As a member of the senior management team, contributes to QCC’s strategy and direction by inputting into and actualizing corporate objectives through setting and implementing marketing strategy and plans as befitting growth projections and production capacities.
** Manage the marketing team, providing leadership, encouraging teamwork and continuous improvement to achieve high performance standards and staff pride in the execution of marketing tasks and responsibilities ensuring continuous monitoring and appraisal of performance and the provision of guidance and expertise as required.
4. Electrical Supervisor :
** Graduate in Electrical engineering.
** Minimum of 10 years experience in a cement plant and experience in the position of Foreman with at least 3/10 years respectively.
** Strong leadership qualities, communication and interpersonal skills, sensitivity in coaching, and advising fellow employees.
** Well developed planning, organizing skills, time management skills and implementation of company policy and procedures.
5. Market Researcher :
Bachelor degree in Marketing/Business Admin. 5 years experience in market research capacity
6. Refractory & House Keeping Superintendent :
** Graduate in Civil/Chemical / Mechanical.
** 12 Years experience in Refractory Lining Services.
** Posses good communication skills / good supervisory skills and ability to evaluate lining status.
** Knowledge of modern lining techniques.
** Capability in reading refractory drawings.
** Conversant with bricks nomenclature.
** Computer literate.
