Experience in :
** Conceptual Process Design
** Techno-Economic Feasibility Study
** Detailed Feasibility Study
** Process design including basic engineering/FEED and Detailed Engineering.
** Process simulation (Hysis steady state & dynamic, Cimci, Cemshare,Pro-vision-II)
** Heat material balance
** Preparation of PFD and P&ID
** Preparation equipment and instrument data sheets.
** Indicative plot plant
** Operating manual
** Control narrative
** Plant trouble shooting
** Business improvement studies/ Business recovery plant.
** Hazardous area classification diagram
** Process safeguarding flow scheme, safe guarding memo, cause and effect diagram, Co-ordination with EPCC contractor
** Technical Bid evaluation, cost reduction by changing the valve size etc.; Change log, commissioning & operating manual, as built drawing etc.
** Pre-commissioning and commissioning of Plants
** Plant Revamp/Trouble shooting
** Design of Utilities and Offsite facilities, Tank farm and long distance pipelines
Software Engineer: (Experience 5+ Years)
Responsibilities :
Participate in the full software development lifecycle from system requirement study, analysis, design, coding, database designing, structuring, testing, documentation and implementation.
This will also involve interacting with the client for the project requirements.
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Information or Higher.

** Required skill(s): VB.Net, ASP.Net, PHP, AJAX, XML, MS SQL, MySQL.
** Experience in .NET application development environment in networking and database related projects.
** Experience in Web Applications – ASP.NET, PHP, MySQL etc.
** Experience in OO programming methodology
** Experience in DB Design and Architecture
** Passionate about technology, resourceful and enjoy software development.
** Able to work well in a team and independently, willing to learn and work hard and lead where required.

** Preparation of Piping Material Spec
** Preparation of Piping GAD, Piping support/Tie-in Schedules
** Piping and equipment plot plan and layout
** Piping Isometrics
** Stress Analysis
** Piping routing/Model
Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer : (Experience 7- 10 Years)
Instrumentation Design for Refinery, Petrochemicals, Offshore/Onshore Oil Production facilities, Gas/liquid/oil separation, oil treatment, produced water treatment, gas processing.
Experience in :
** Preparation of Instrumentation datasheet like, CV, PSV, Pressure and temperature instruments, flow meters, level
** Preparation of Purchase requisition for all instrument items
** Complete knowledge on DCS, advanced control, on line analyzer, CCTV, Console and Junction box.
** Document preparation on IPF, Safeguarding memo, Burner control, loop diagram, cause and effect diagram
** Plant commissioning and trouble shooting of instrument
** Preparation of Control Narrative
** Participation in the preparation of P&ID, Operating manual
** Instrument Cable Schedules/cable drum schedules
** Instrument/equipment installation standards
** Instrument cable routing/cable tray/Trench layout
** Junction box schedules/connection diagram
** Marshalling box connection diagram
