This role is required by Engineering & Architecture (DAR E & A) – Design Division. About Your Job :
** Using AutoCAD and GIS; prepare design guidelines, capacity studies, concept plans, development plans, entitlement plans, traffic demand management plans, and traffic impact analysis;
** Participate in project team discussions of proposed land use projects such as commercial, industrial, residential and community use;
** Analyze design concept of buildings and spaces in 2D/3D, translate them into plan, elevations, sections and perspective view drawings, and create design presentations using freehand sketches in ink, pencils, markers, water color and airbrush techniques,
** Building physical models and urban modeling, and 2D/3D modeling and rendering, including Building Information Modeling (BIM), using AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator,
** Assist in establishing the project design criteria.
** Produce design work according to established standards, methods, and procedures.
** Produce work involving a variety of complex features such as conflicting design requirements, unsuitability of conventional materials, and difficult coordination requirements with technical guidance from the Project Design Manager.
** Develops, modifies, and reviews production drawings and construction documents.
** Corrects and updates documents.
** Develops solutions to technical problems.
** Development of design presentation drawings and documents.
About You :
** Master or Bachelor Degree in urban planning and urban design.
** 10 plus years of experience in urban plan designing.
** Experience in LEED accreditation a plus.
** Experience in landscape design and delivering project using BIM and Revit.
** Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2012.
** Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English. Arabic language is a plus.
** Professional registration is required.
** Project experience in the Middle East and Saudi Arabia is a plus.

About Your Job :
** We are seeking to hire an experienced Fleet Administrator to handle coordination of the fleet related activities with internal operations and leasing companies.
** In this role you will be monitoring and controlling fleet operation with all departments, ensuring all vehicles have appropriate insurance coverage, monitor Monthly invoices from vendors to ensure approved prices.
** Also you will be coordinating the acquisition and replacement and delivery of the fleet vehicles for employees. You will be responsible for Fleet Data Entry System and ensure that the fleet base is up-to-date.
** You will ensure car registration documents (Istimara) timely renewals. Follow up with Fleet Operation maintenance activities. Monitor traffic violations and deal with any accident in appropriate manner.
** You will observe the proper use of Pool vehicles according to Company policy; ensure that proper documents and car logs are duly completed.
About You :
To excel in this role you should have previous Fleet administration experience in Saudi Arabia. You would be capable in Data Entry and Document Control; Computer savvy, able to communicate effectively in English language, both written and orally in addition to your good problem solving skills.
