Regional Supply Chain Manager :
Job Responsibilities :
** Source and negotiate with regional base Suppliers for memories, ASIC and microprocessor for best cost, terms and conditions
** Work with GSM on Strategies and realignment of potential global suppliers
** Be the eyes and ears on market intelligence
** Provide Expert in PC server application who is familiar in the electronics make-up of BOMs and has the leadership to drive a project
** Train and influence plant to support strategic plans, and help in resolving issues that may gate the plants from meeting their deliveries to customers
Job Requirements :
** Degree in Business or Supply Chain. Diploma holders are welcome to apply
** At least 10 years’ relevant experience in a purchasing environment, preferably from an OEM manufacturing environment
** Procurement experience in one/more of the following: commodities memories, linear logic discrete, electro-magnetics or crystals
** Possess an established network and good working relationship with suppliers
** Strong interpersonal and good communication skills
** Good leader who can make decisions, creative and initiative
** Ability to plan and organise as well as manage a group of Electronics Regional Supply Specialists
Commodity Manager / Snr Commodity Specialist :
Job Responsibilities :
** Device and execute strategies to obtain better pricing than competition
** Activities range from initial white paper proposals through early product definition, collateral generation (application notes and data sheets)
** Improve new business win rate by leveraging Global Supplier Managers and personal experience
** Review all quotes in final stages of completion and negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing
** Educate /train junior level commodity specialists
** Provide expert knowledge with respect to material pricing in a list of commodities
Job Requirements :
** Degree/ Diploma in Engineering / Procurement / Business Administration
** Minimum 3 – 5 years’ experience in electronics industry – EMS/OEM/component suppliers
** Minimum 3 – 5 years in commodity buying /selling in electronics industry
** Experienced in dealing/negotiating with suppliers
** Understanding of commodity and commodities interest in digital IC, Memory, LLD and RF optics, Connectors, Sockets, Cable assembly and PCB
** Understand market place, supply base, technology, manufacturing process and cost
** Experienced in dealing/negotiating with suppliers
Snr Analog IC Designer :
Job Responsibilities :
** Lead the Analog circuit design in power management products.
** Design includes low & high voltage CMOS circuit, SPICE simulation, IC design and evaluation.
Job Requirements :
** BSEE/MSEE with knowledge in analog IC design.
** Preferably with at least 5 years working experience in CMOS process
** Basic knowledge in the design of regulator, dc to dc/dc to ac/ac to dc converter.
** Expert knowledge in design of op-amp, bandgap, voltage reference and comparator and other analog building blocks.
** Have at least one silicon approved IC experience.
** Able to work in a team with good written and communication skills.
