Position : Sales Manager- Prepaid Cards
Work Location : Chennai
Responsibilities :
** To own the Prepaid Cards (FX & INR) number, value and income target for the zone
** Acquire new corporate for all prepaid card variants
** Increase penetration into existing corporate
** Ensure retail targets are achieved through branches
** Constantly review the existing channel partner and corporate deals to ensure maximum business share
** Liaise with the product team and devise requisite customer engagement and lead generation programs
** Adhere to all the sales and service processes as set by Audit and Product
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Master in Business Admin/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration/Post Graduate Program in Management in Marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities :
** Review collection teams on various parameters and ensure unit’s objective is uncompromised
** Monitor performance of telecalling teams and address performance deficiencies
** Flow rates to be tracked. Ensure inventory management through resolution, roll back, normalization for the bucket and take proactive steps to control/ reduce inventory for the bucket/location
** Incumbent will need to visit customers directly for the collection purpose including spoke location visits
** Will need to ensure utilization of Legal tools in the collection process.

** Good communication skills.
** Good Command over Hindi & English.
** Prior experience in telecalling unit or team management is needed for the role.

Service Manager – Prepaid Cards
Manage the daily customer servicing on activation
Handling the standard queries
Generating and delivering invoices
Tracking payments and ensuring knock-off
Filing of all documents and managing corporate-wise files
Process adherence and audit compliance
To monitor the receivables / payables and TODs
Card and cash delivery as per agreement
Delivery of invoices and collection of acknowledgements
Collection of payment cheque
Branch & FFMC visits as directed
Confirm activation and cashout to corporate customer
Requirements :
