Notification for Direct Recruitment of two post of Lower Division Clerk

Scale of Pay : Rs.5200 – 20200 With Grade Pay of Rs.1900/-
Educational & Other Qualifications :
(i) 12th Class pass or equivalent from a recognized Board or University.
(ii) A typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.rn. in Hindi on Computer. (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.rn. correspond to 10500 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).
General Instructions :
The post is Non-Government under the Autonomous body “Indian Council of Agricultural Research” and will be governed under New Pension Scheme (Contributory Pension Scheme) introduced by the Government of India w.e.f. 01.01.2004 and as amended, clarified or modified from time to time.
The appointment will be made on probation for a period of two years and the period of probation may be extended, if considered necessary.
Age Limit: 27 years as on the closing date of receipt of application. Relaxation in upper age shall be allowed to candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Community and any other category as per the instructions issued by the Government of India from time to time. Maximum age limit for lCAR’s employees will be relaxable upto 45 years.
Copies of Marksheet/certificates duly attested by a Gazetted Officer, in support of proof of age, educational qualification, caste status (certificate issued by the competent authority) should invariably be attached with the Application. Besides affixing latest passport size photograph on the Application proforma. One more/spare Passport Size Photograph should also be attached with the application Form.
Application Fee of Rs.200-00, in the shape of crossed Demand Draft (drawn in favour of ICAR Unit a NRCC, Bikaner. Payable in any nationalized Bank at Bikaner) should be attached with the Application Form. No fee for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped candidates and Women candidates.
Applications filled in own handwriting OR neatly typed, in the prescribed format and complete in all respect, should reach to the Director, National Research Centre on CameL P.B.N0.07, Jot-beer, Bikaner — 334001 (Raiasthan) on or before 31-10-2013 (by 17 m M1 envelope superscribing “Application for the post of Lower Division Clerk”.The name & Address of Applicant should also be written on the envelope at appropriate place.
The applications (duly completed in all respect alongwith application fee) of the candidates who are already in employment should also reach to Director, National Research Centre on Camel, P.B.No.07, Jorbeer, Bikaner — 334001 (Rajasthan) on or before 31-10-2013 (by 17 hrs). No extra period would be allowed in their cases. They will be allowed to appear in the Examination/Interview only on production of No Objection Certificate from their employer.
