Position : Asst. Marketing Manager OR Management Trainee (Marketing)
Qualification :
B.Sc. / M.Sc. (Chemistry) or B.Pharm. Degree with 1st class and MBA in Markeing (2 years’ full time course) with 1st class from a reputed Institute / University.
OR
B.E./B.Tech. and MBA (2 years’ full time course) with 1st class and passed out in the year 2013 from reputed institute and desirous to make career in Marketing field.
Age around : Below 30 years.
Experience :
Min. 2-3 years of post qualification experience in the area of marketing of Chemical Products in large Chemical manufacturing and selling industry. The incumbent must have good knowledge of Chemistry, must be a result oriented professional with experience in Sales & Marketing / Business Development, must have good understanding of requirements of the end users, Should be excellent performer with consultative sales style & negotiation skills, must have exceptional problem solving abilities and keen client assessment aptitude, must have idea of costing, Able to anticipate trends in the market, Should have proven abilities in devising result oriented plans for augmenting business, developing new market segments, managing key clients, pre-sales efforts & targeted marketing, effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with ability to relate to people at any level of business and management, Should be able to generate cross functional collaboration with various functionaries like R&D, Finance, Process within the organization. Must have new Product Development skill, Should be able to undertake techno-commercial feasibility and must have key account management skills to achieve consistent profitability.

Fresh candidate possessing required qualification, if found suitable, will have to undergo one year Training; upon successful completion of which, will be considered for officers’ cadre in appropriate grade.

Position : Officer (HR)
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline with 1st class and MBA in HR (2 years’ full time course) or its equivalent qualifications/ MPM/ MLW/ MSW from reputed Institute / University.
Age around : Below 30 years.
Experience : Min. 2-3 years of post qualification experience on similar position in the field of HR in large industrial organization. Incumbent should have an in-depth experience in the areas of Industrial Relations, Disciplinary matters & Litigation, Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Contract Labour Mgt., Compensation Restructuring, Performance Management System, Organisational Development Initiatives etc. Experience of MS Office and other PC software and familiarity with HRMS/SAP system will be an added advantage.

Position : Guest House Manager
Qualification : Graduate in any discipline. The candidates having Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management from institute of repute will get added advantage.
Age around : Below 40 years.
Experience : Minimum 9 years of experience in responsible position in recognised 3 star / 4 star Hotels or Guest Houses of the reputed comparable Companies.

** Knowledge of Gujarati language is preferred.
** The Age, Qualification and experience criteria may be relaxed in case of deserving candidates.
** The incumbents may be placed at the main site of the Company at Bharuch or at new project site at Dahej as per the requirement of the Company. In case of placement at Dahej Unit, the terms and conditions of Dahej Unit will be applicable to such incumbents.
** The remuneration / CTC shall not be a limitation in case of deserving cases.
