1. Front Office Executive
Job Description:
** Responsible for checking in and out the hotel guests
** Assisting guests efficiently, courteously and professionally in all front office related functions
** And to maintain a high standard of service and hospitality at all times.

Other Duties:
** Greet all Guests at all the time in a friendly and helpful manner, and attempt to learn and use Guest’s names at every opportunity.
** Upon Check in, ensure that the Guest completes his registration card completely and legibly, and that the guest is assigned a room of the Type and the rate indicated on the Reservation.
** Accommodate Guest’s special requests whenever possible, assist in pre -registration and room blocking whenever necessary.
** Stay up to date on Room Rates, Special Packages, Discounts and how to handle each.
Qualifications:

** Experience – 2 – 10 yrs

2. Sales Executive
Job Description:
** Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
** Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
** Coordinate all public relations activities
** Direct social media team to engage audiences across traditional and new media
** Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media
** Manage media inquiries and interview requests
** Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations
** Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a quarterly basis
** Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an on-going basis.
Other Duties:
** Attends and contributes to all training sessions and meetings as required.
** Exercises responsible behavior at all times and positively representing the hotel team and Hotel Group.
** Maintains strong, professional relationship with relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partner sand other organizations.
** Reads the hotel’s Employee Handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel’s rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to computer resources, fire, hygiene, health and safety.
** Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming. Responds to changes in the Front Office function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
** Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.

** Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
** Relevant work experience
** Under-Grad
** E3 – 10 years of experience
3. Shift Supervisor
Job Description:
** To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office department
** Co-ordinate with various other departments in order to ensure personalized, prompt and flawless service to all guests.
** The position will also act a as a ‘One Point Contact’ for all the in-house guests, in case of guest requests, complaints or any other feedback.
Qualifications:
** Graduation /Diploma in Hotel Management
** 3 – 10 years of experience
** Excellent in communication
