1. Medical Representative
Roles & Responsibilities:
**Arranging appointments with doctors and pharmacists, which may include pre-arranged appointments or regular calling.
**Meet the number of Doctor and Chemist calls per day as decided by respective divisions as per company policy.

**Making presentations (detailing) to doctors, specialists, etc.
**Do chemist survey to ensure availability of products.
**Regular follow up with doctors, Specialists and Hospital Doctors etc.
**Ensure 100% implementation of strategy and campaigns.
**Ensure proper distribution of samples and promotional scientific materials to selected Doctors.
**Building and maintaining positive working relationships with chemist and stockiest.
**Achieving and exceeding the monthly sales target of your territory.
**Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly tour programs. This may involve working with your superiors and HO staff.
**Regularly attending company meetings, product launches, and briefings.
**Ensure on-time payment collection and sales and stock data from stockists.

2. Area Sales Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
**Comprehensive pharmaceutical sales and marketing experience including, meeting doctors, chemists and managing the distributors.
**Responsible for achieving primary as well as secondary targets month after month for the HQs assigned.
**Adept in implementing sales and marketing activities and accelerating the business growth.
**Monitoring sales team performance, analyzing sales data, periodical forecasting and reporting to Regional and Zonal heads.
**Present technical information clearly, concisely, and persuasively to customers.
**Develop and manage efficient distribution network for sales.
**Managing, training, motivating and developing existing sales team to drive revenue growth.
3. Accounts Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
**Preparation of books of accounts up to finalization.
**Purchase orders, Purchase/Receive inventory & all A/P reports.
**Sales/ invoicing, account receivables & all other related reports.
**Financial Reporting which includes Statement of Financial Position, Income Statement, Statement of Cash Flows, Statement of Change in Equity and Subsidiary Notes.
**Perform workings for Period Closing Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly.
**Projections relating to Accounts and Cash Flows Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly.
**Supervise Daily Bank reconciliation and Bank Dealings for Clearings on daily basis. Accounts Payable & Receivable Analysis including Aging, Sales trends and irregularities assessment.
**Guide subordinates for general ledgers preparation.
**Developed, Implement, and controlling of Purchase system (Requisitions, Indent. Quotations, Comparative Statements, Approvals, Purchase Orders, IGPs, GRNs, AP Invoice and Payments)
