1. Community Engagement Executive
Location : Hyderabad
Job Description:
** Inspire and support educators in India as they use Innerscore Teacher App
** Plan, deliver, and amplify community engagement initiatives.
**Be up to date on trends, issues, the behaviour of users in communities – use this to plan, create, implement content that acts as catalysts for engagement.
**Drive engagement matrices
**Be the community’s voice internally – collaborate with Product & Marketing Teams for product/marketing improvements.
**Set, plan, and implement communication campaigns and strategies.
**Organize and manage events to boost engagement
Skills and Attributes:
**Passion for working with educators.
**Should have the ability to adapt quickly to changes to meet the demands of an ever-growing platform effectively.
**Experience in creating a diverse community
**A strong understanding of Indian School systems is a plus
**Experience in social media management is a must.
**Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Qualification:
**2+ years of experience launching community initiatives (e.g., building an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating an event series, and writing an email newsletter)
**Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
**MBA/PGDM in Marketing is a plus.
2. Subject Matter Expert- Maths, Social Studies, Hindi
The role is to research and document different aspects of students and parents engagement by the teachers which teachers can consume in less than a min.
Duration : 3 months
Type of job: Freelancer
Location: Work from Home
Stipend : Rs. 20000 per month
Time: 6 days a week (Mon to Sat), Minimum 4 hrs a day
Job description:
**Creating the subject and pedagogy-based content for Secondary teachers
**Editing and modifying to provide error free quality content.
**Guiding the team to deliver quality content.
Required Candidate profile:
**Candidate need to have good subject knowledge.
**Min of 7-8 years of teaching experience with in-depth understanding of the subject and board requirements would be preferred.
**Should have good written and oral language skills.
**Should be aware of using technology in research and basics of research – acknowledgment, reference, plagiarism.
**Should be accountable towards progress and timelines of the task allotted.
**Must had done B.ED

**Create 5 Parent engagement tips that a teacher can suggest to the parents which can help them to support in their child’s education, behavioural improvement or emotional development.
The tips can be either of the options mentioned below:-
**Tips can be in text, image, audio, video or a combination of them in text format.
**Audio and video should not be more than 2mins.
**The text should not be more than 100 words.
**The image should be mobile friendly and clearly readable for a mobile device.
