Job Description:
**The ideal candidate should be able to collect business requirement and convert them into Technical specifications.
**He/she should be able to document requirements and design the UI and application functionality with least supervision.

Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities:
**Collect business requirements, do impact analysis and document them.
**Design the most optimum technical solution. Document unit and integration test cases –both positive and negative
**Web based application development experience using Asp.Net, C#,Javascript, jQuery, CSS, XML, AJAX and JSON
**Excellent knowledge on MVC and model. 5.Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
**Should be able to write reusable, high quality and optimized code.7.Good grasp on SQL Server 2008 or above.
**Should be proficient in designing tables, views , stored procedures, triggers, writing complex queries with optimization techniques.
**Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (SVN, TFS etc)
**Knowledge on Design patterns
Profile Expectation:
**B.E. / B. Tech. / M.C.A in Computer Science/ Information Technology with minimum 60% aggregate throughout academics.
**3to 8years of experience in developing software applications using Microsoft Visual Studio.
**Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
**Excellent analytical skills.
**Ability work in a very dynamic team environment.
2. IT Infrastructure
Job Description:
**The ideal candidate should be very strategic where he/she is able to take the current IT infrastructure to the next level by coming up with business proposals and implement those in a timely manner.
**The candidate should be able to lead the team on day-day-day IT operations and drive business value.
Key Accountability &Responsibilities:
**Data Center & Server Management, Installation of servers (physical / virtual), Performance tuning, Load balancing,patch management,up gradation/ migration of server setup.Sound knowledge of e-mail solutions like Microsoft Exchange,Edge server’s configuration –management and operation.Active Directory (AD), Setup,configuration and migration / upgradation.
**Exposure to firewall & security solution , configuration & maintenance
**Handling of IT Infrastructure / Network of 350 plus users and multiple branch offices.
**Hands on experience in configuration / management of router, switches etc.Good to have exposure for MPLS / Leased lines.
**Storage and Backup management with tools and schedules.
**Should be able to manage small team of hardware engineer (L1) and mentor it for critical issues and taking ownership for solutions
**Enforce IT Policies/Security –Operation policies across domain for compliance
**Optimization of IT infrastructure with innovative solution with cost benefit analysis.
**Ensure availability of IT service 24x7x365 with proper BCP (Business Continuity Plan)
Profile Expectation:
**Diploma/B.E./B.Tech / Any Bachelor degree with good academic background.
**10 + year experience in IT Infrastructure Management
**Excellent communication skills.
**ITIL certified
**Sound technical knowledge in Server Management, Windows Platform, Active Directory,Microsoft Exchange,VMWare,Hyper-V to support IT infrastructure consist of 350+ users and branch offices.Hands on experience absinthe-mentioned technologies, security product administration (CISCO, Symantec,McAfee,RSA, Comm vault, EMC2 products)
**Hands on person with details orientated and analytical ability.
**Able to visualise & implementation of IT mission for IT Infrastructure and Information security.
