** Visiting potential customers for new business. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations, and providing customers with quotations
** Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales

** Managing entire gamut of Online and Offline marketing
** Multi-level co-ordination between agencies and department for MARCOM & Branding
** Managing project launches & events including Site Branding, ATL/BTL activities.
** Responsible for managing & coordinating with rendering, design, digital marketing, portals and PR agencies
** Should be well versed with report generation and analysis
** Responsible for leads and walk-in generation
** Capable of generating new ideas and inclined towards innovative marketing
Desired Candidate :
** Should be from the Real Estate Companies only. (Preferably from affordable sector)
