Brief Description :

** Takes leads from marketing platforms like India mart, just dial Etc. create lead on CRM.
** Send quotation, take regular follow-up of the Clients.
** Segregates semi matured leads and matured leads every day and share details with the Team Leader.
** Share market trend/demand/feedback with team leader and related operation department to make effective future planning.
** Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
** Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
** Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
** Overall daily report of total fresh lead work, total follow-up is done, and total semi-mature leads.
** Request for doubt clearing session.
** Monitor and report competitor activity.
** Handle Clients queries and resolve them on time
3.Operation Executive
Qualification :Graduate or Degree in Business/ Operations Management or related field
Experience : Fresher- 1 year
Brief Description :
** Understand route map of each project with operation head.
** Daily check and update CRM, BIS portal and clients Mails.
** Take required support from operation head.
** Assist operation head for preparation and submission of applications, reply of mails.
** Keep record of all important dates ( like expiry date of report etc.) in the dairy.
** Coordination with clients, testing lab, vendors and engineers.
** Identification of clients need and engineer visit, outstanding field and time-management abilities.
** Reporting of daily activity , number and types of daily problems, number of projects completed etc.
** Take all approvals in written form and prepare records for future reference.
