1.Sales & Service Territory Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
** Provides quality leadership for ARO’s internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, inclusive of strong problem solving skills, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
** Achieves the Region’s revenue and profitability quotas for ARO’s products as they are sold into all customer segments within territory. Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. Sells and teaches others how to sell value and solutions to ARO’s customers.
** Work independently to learn your customers’ operations, understand their business needs and accordingly provide solutions.
** Efficiently manages the Territory’s Service complaints, customer relationships and accordingly reports to the Regional Manager.
** Lead the sales and service teams including mentoring, managing performance and their career progression.
** Plan the Territory’s sales and forecasting along with the Regional Manager.
** Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability.

Management/Supervisory Responsibilities :
A team of Sales and Service Engineer

Competencies/Position Requirements :
** Supervisory or management experience, preferably of a sales staff.
** Working experience of Garage equipment industry, inverter/UPS industry, automobile industry or medical equipments industry.
** Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position.
** Willing to travel
** Excellent planning and organizational skills, strong relationship management capability
** Strong oral, written, telephone and presentation skills. Strong interpersonal skills.
** Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to Customers.
** Computer literate with knowledge of all Microsoft Office Applications
** Mechanical reasoning ability and exhibited problem solving skills are used to troubleshoot and repair equipment

Qualification and Experience :
B. Tech or BE: Mechanical / automobile / electrical
Diploma: Mechanical / automobile / electrical
Supported by 4-5 years of sales and service experience with team handling.

2.Service Engineer

Responsibilities :
** Provide field operations support to customers in accordance to with the terms of the customer contract and AMC.
** Carry out troubleshooting, repairs and servicing of workshop equipments, enable hardware and software at Customers’ premises to the highest standards.
** Write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
** Report and escalate all observed incidents, irregularities that occur through proper operational escalation points.
** Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality Field Operations.
** Responsible in setting up new machines and installation at Customers’ premises.
** Updation of CRM on daily basis.
** Train the customer in the machine operations.
** Travelling as per the requirement and emergency.

Requirements :
** Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Electronics with computer hardware & software.
** Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position. Fresh graduates with keen interest will be considered as training is provided.
** Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
** Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
** Ability to understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
** Good communication skills
** Willing to travel.

3.Sales Engineer

Responsibilities :
** Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target and market share.
** Identify and manage new accounts and retain existing accounts to maintain a high level of sales achievement.
** Good presentation skills in order to provide better understanding to customer on the products capabilities and its cost-effectiveness (part of training to understand the company’s products)
** Conduct canvassing and cold-calls to increase effective working prospects
** Responsible in setting up new machines and conducting pre-delivery inspection prior to installation at Customers’ premises.
** Knowledge of commercial aspects like payments, C-forms and taxes.
** Update the CRM on daily basis.

Requirements :
** Bachelors Degree / Diploma in Engineering, preferably Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics.
** Post graduation degree in Management will be plus point.
** Minimum 2-3 year working experience in related industry
** Experience in frontline sales of automobile workshops
** Excellent presentation, negotiation and demonstration skills
** Self-motivated and hardworking. Result driven with constant desire to earn high income
** Ability to understand mechanical and electrical drawings.
** Good verbal and written communication skills in English language and the local language.
