Executive Training :
The Executive training programmes in TLA caters to the needs of the working executives from NGO’s, Government Agencies and the Corporate Sector to upgrade their skills in order to improve efficiency. This training forms the basis of the fee based training programs focusing on the orientation of the Executive towards development issues.
A three day format with quality training material and Resource persons with appropriate Pedagogy / Methodology is ensured in these training programmes; they range from soft skills like communication and presentation to carbon revenue and green building techniques.
TARA Livelihood Academy has been successful in training more than 1000 people in the years 2006 – 09 in the Executive Training Stream.
