Knowledge of typing and some awareness of computer operation are generally considered the qualification of computer operator. When we really speak about the span of computer operators’ work we find it much beyond the area of our demarcation of these duties. Feeling us a profession computer operator with just a typing knowledge will be failure in the field and this will leads to hopelessness of getting a suitable job. Computer operator can be successful in his / her profession only when they are well aware about the Management information system (MIS). Sintel Will search a computer operator’s job for you provided you make yourself professionally competent for that job? The persons willing the start their career as computer operator will be provided training in this company categorizing those under three categories i.e. A, B and C. the special focus will be put on the work speed and accuracy of the operation during training.
Following are the main features of this training of Computer Operators:-
** Candidates are assured 100% Job Guaranteeas Computer Operator after successful completion of training.
** Training will be provided based on the category of the candidate; he/she is put during the induction for training/employment.
** The fresh candidates will be put under category C and will have to undergo the computer operator’s training program for 144 hours @ 4 hours per day at a total training cost of Rupees 7500/-. This program will include training on English language, unawareness of Office procedures, Computer Typing which also include computer courses, covering computer fundamentals, windows XP and Office 2000 &2007, Internet browsing, Email, Management Information System (MIS) and Personality Development.
** The candidates with partial knowledge of computer operator’s job such as slow typing speed, insufficient knowledge of English language, unawareness of Office procedures and** incompetent in handling the computers will be put under Category B during their Induction** for training / employment. Such candidates will have to undergo training for 96 hours @** 04 hours/ day at a total training cost of Rupees 5000/-
** The candidates who belongs to category A fulfilling the requirement such as typing speed,computer operations and knowledge of English language will be assessed for their weak operational areas and train to meet the operational requirements. Such candidates will have to undergo training for 24 hours @ 04 hours/ day at a total training cost of Rupees NILL
** The candidates, when put on employment after the training will be on the payroll of Sintel Infotech Pvt. Ltd. Even if they are working in any other organizations.
** Computer Software will be used for learning the typing and increasing the typing the typing speed.
** Special attention will be paid to train the candidate in Management Information System sothat the candidate can take up the job as Computer Operator and office Assistant as well
** If we are unable to provide the job then your payment will be refundable.
