1st HR Quiz :
HR managers in the country today have to focus on talent management and development the leadership pipelines, building HR systems and processes that can enable the organization to respond with alacrity to the turbulent business environment and creating employee engagement systems that foster trust and collaboration. Recent events have fuelled a resurgence of this function as Organisations have discovered that they can relegate people management to the side-lines only at their peril.
People managers on their part have to embrace latest HR trends and concepts and be aware of best HR practices so that they can continuously add value to their organisations.
To facilitate the above and provide a platform for people managers to showcase their skills and knowledge and benchmark the same with their peers, AIMA proudly presents the first national HR Quiz
Your domain in the organisation may be known by different names – Personnel, HR, HRD, Training. But if your business is to engage with the heart and mind, the spirit and skills of the most potent force in every organisation’s arsenal – its employees, this Quiz is for you.
The scope of the quiz would include:-
** History and evolution of the HR function
** Recent HR and HRD concepts and trends
** HR Gurus, leadership Gurus, Motivational Gurus etc.
** HR best practices and companies excelling in HR
** OD interventions and Training and development instruments
** Industrial Relations, Employee engagement and Talent retention
** Labour laws important case laws and statutory enactments concerning employees
** Human Resource Information systems and latest technological applications in HR
The quiz would also cover General Management, current Business events, personalities, brands and companies in the news.
The quiz will be held in four metros-Mumbai, Chennai, Kolkata and New Delhi. The grand finale will be held in New Delhi. Attractive cash prizes and gifts and trophies will be given to the regional and national winners. The quiz will be held during December, 2013.
Team:
Team Consisting 2 members are compulsory, Service tax 12.36% will be applicable.

No cross-corporate teams are allowed.

1st Prize- Rs 30,000
2nd Prize – Rs 20,000
3rd Prize – Rs 15,000

For 2 to 4 teams* – Rs 4,000
For 5 teams or above* -Rs 3,000
