Who can participate?
** Faculty members of all Jain University departments
** Jain University students pursuing master degree / final year students of BE in all branches of science and engineering
** PhD students registered at Jain University
** Humanities and Management students and faculty
Submission:
Submit the details of concept / Idea as per the following format:
** Catchy title of idea
** Category – Science / Engineering / Multidisciplinary
** Abstract – Not more than one page
** Detailed description (not more than 3 pages) and visualization of the concept – illustrations like visualization concept (you are free to choose any method that communicates your concept the best, such as : scenario, sketch, diagram, flowcharts, etc.)
** Your source of inspiration or supporting links, materials and any background principle(s) that makes the idea realizable
** Description showcasing what is novel in your idea and how it can be useful
Note :
You can participate as an individual or in a group consisting of two members
Submit 3 copies of your creative idea in both soft and hard copy duplicate formats to:

Guidelines :
** We are seeking for creative ideas and do not ask you to design a whole new product or process
** We appreciate ideas with practical applications
** The concept / idea has to be new
** It should be relevant to science / engineering / multidisciplinary areas
** Once your idea is chosen by Jury for the award or for meritorious mention, you need to execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and a copyright
Awards :
The jury will reward concepts / ideas with prizes covering both categories of science and engineering. Jury may determine any additional ideas as meritable mentions without prizes
Selection process and announcement of the results :
** The jury will select the winning entries by reviewing the submissions that fulfill the above mentioned criteria
** Decisions of jury members are final
