Supervision and Training :
We believe the success of guarding services can be attributed to the way in which we approach this business. Our philosophy is that all guards are direct employees of Hawk Eye. They are carefully selected, thoroughly vetted and properly trained.
Basic Training :
Basic training of new security guards includes the following:
a) Donning of Uniform.
b) Drill and turn out.
c) Patrolling
d) Basic First Aid and Fire Fighting
e) Personal Hygiene
f) Telephone etiquettes
g) Frisking of labourers
h) Checking of vehicles
Physical :
Physical Training of security guards include:
a) Foot drill.
b) Physical excersises.
c) Two mile run.
d) Firemans Lift.
e) Obstacle Course.
f) Rope climbing.
Inward / outward register, daily report, entry of challans, visitor gate pass, frisking of workers / civilians. Parking of vehicles etc.
Classroom Training :
In addition to the training listed above the following subjects are covered in classroom training.
a) Material Inward / Outward control.
b) Key control procedures.
c) Visitor control procedures.
d) Telephone log book.
In addition to the above they are tought the methods of daily reporting, entry of challans, visitor / gate passes. During the classroom training, they learn moral and legal aspects of frisking, security of clients and his property, security surveliance, firearms use, weapons handling and shooting fundamentals, and emergency procedures. The guard has to pass the written and oral examination at the end of the course.
On Job :
After basic training, the training is given on the site of the client so that the Guard practically handles the duties which are specific to the requirement of the client.
Refresher Training :
Every three months the guards have to undergo a refresher training cadre of seven days at our training center. During this period they are updated on security procedures through lectures and group discussions at the end of the cadre. A promotion test is held to select Guards with potential for furthur promotions.
