Selected candidates will have to undergo three months fulltime training in our organization during which eLOGiSol will charge Rs. 60000 (Tax applicable as par statutory norms) as training fees.

It looks to fulfill the training and development needs of logistics companies through a series of training programs designed to cater to the entire range of employees from top management to entry-level executives.Organizations recognize that human resources development with quality training is a key input for sustained performance. Orientation Course :

** Overview of the container / multimodal industry in India both EXIM and domestic.
** Railways, Terminals, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance and Commercial, Costs and pricing end to end of inland
** container/cargo transportation.
Fresher’s Course :
This course is designed for fresher of your company for a particular domain and available for only logistics industry. This unique off site course will enhance productivity level of your employee and result will be seen from 2nd month onwards which in turns save huge cost of hiring experience headcount.
