1. SEO / SEM Specialist
Min. Educational Qualification:
Any undergraduate / post graduate degree with specialisation in Paid Digital Marketing.
Required Skills / Experience / Responsibilities:
** Minimum 3+ years’ experience in managing paid digital campaigns
** Provide analysis and make optimization recommendations on website content and navigation structure to improve search engine ranking for key search terms
** Research industry trends to ensure on-page optimization is up to date and in compliance with industry best practices
** Create, manage, recommend, and implement pay per click, display campaigns and other campaign formats through Google AdWords, Bing, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
** Analyse and monitor keyword rankings for core client markets as compared to the competition

** Effectively communicate results to management weekly

** Confidently communicate SEO approach, processes and practices to Senior Management, the Development team and Clients
** Ensure that all white hat SEO strategies are implemented to increase engagement with prospects while increasing keyword rankings

2. Digital Strategist
As a Digital Strategist you will take a leading role in strategising, planning and managing digital assets and campaigns for our clients.
If you are a techno digital marketing professional who understands the technological aspects behind development of websites and digital marketing across channels, we are looking for you.
Requirements:
** 3 – 4 years’ experience in working with an Integrated or a Digital Agency or handling a digital practise for a brand.
** Understand brand positioning and ability to create strategic brand tone and messaging for the digital medium
** Google Certification is a must with strong understanding of running ppc campaigns.
** Sound knowledge and understanding of Social Media Marketing, SEO, SEM, Copy Writing, Marketing Automation and Website Development Ability to work across B2B, B2C industries
** Excellent verbal and written skills.
** Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams working on multiple and/or large scale projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
** Supervision and management of strategies/campaigns and execute plans to grow brand awareness, preference, engagement, ROI and ultimately increase revenue and margin from both new and existing customers
** Delivery management and co-ordination with writers, campaign specialists, design and development teams
** Management and mentorship of the team(s) to deliver their best work
** Staying up-to-date with market trends, technology and best practices
** Budget estimation and management for development of content and marketing assets
** Creation of content and marketing calendars with strict adherence to timelines, while managing multiple deliveries, and consistently communicating with internal stakeholders on the delivery roadmap.
3. Associate Creative Director
As an Associate Creative Director you will take a leading role in creating brand & communication strategy and planning across print/website/social media.
If you have a nuanced view of copy and content that is written for a brand and are able to direct the typography, layout and the pixel perfect visual that should complement it, you are the best person for the job.
Requirements:
** 5 – 6 years’ experience in working with an integrated or digital agency
** Great portfolio is a must

** Ideate with creative and strategy team to create new, innovative concepts for our existing clients and in pitches and other sales pursuits.
** Lead and partner with other visual designers, creative technologists, brand planners, client executives, and more to provide connected thinking for our clients.
** Serve as the primary facilitator for planned client meetings and day-to-day lead on creative work.
** Provide creative direction and create compelling brand stories through the art of copywriting across projects involving brand identity design, Advertising campaigns on print, television and digital, Collateral design like brochures, websites etc.
** Manage Content Development, Content Strategy and Content Marketing activities across media for our clients
** Inspire the next generation. You will be expected to lead small teams of designers, technologists on projects, mentor junior talent.
** Estimate with project managers and client executives, schedules, roadmaps, and other operational details to successfully track and drive projects. You’ll be expected to deliver quality work on time.
