Applications are invited from eligible candidates for the following temporary positions in Urban Biodiversity Wing of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC), Hyderabad, to be engaged through outsourcing agency.

1.For Retired Officers: Retired Forest Range Officers/ Dy. Forest Range Officers/ Horticulture Officers /Agriculture Officers of the A.P. State Government /Public Sector Undertakings/ Universities.
2.For other candidates: M.Sc. in Forestry/ Agriculture/ Horticulture/ Botany/ Environmental Science with one year experience in Government / Public Sector Undertakings/ Universities.
Remuneration per month Rs. :
Retired officers : 20,000/- consolidated pay + 10,000/- travel and communication allowance per month
Other candidates : 15,000/- consolidated pay + 10,000/- travel and communication allowance per month
Job Chart :
i) To work in the Urban Biodiversity Wing.
ii) To execute the field activities of gardening, landscaping, tree planting, nursery management, lake conservation, visitors management in the parks, reporting and all such activities those are necessary and incidental to the mandate of Urban Biodiversity Wing of GHMC.
iii) To execute all activities of the wing in a circle of GHMC under the supervision of Asst. Director of Urban Biodiversity.
iv) The Manager is expected to discharge all duties with integrity in the interest of organization
Age : Maximum 65 years for retired persons who shall be fit for execution of urban biodiversity field works and maximum 36 years for other candidates
Selection : Shortlisting of eligible candidates may be based on marks in prescribed qualification, number of years of relevant experience and other preferences mentioned in the notification. Only shortlisted candidates will be informed to attend for selection process which may include test/interview or both.
Tenure : The post is purely temporary and for a period of 1 year.
Method of Payment : Through placement agency on monthly basis.
