Graduate Engineer Training is a 2 (two) Months of classroom and industrial training with hands-on practical demonstration. The training will be conducted in institution at Himayathnagar and visit to factory at city outskirts (Patancheru / Pashamylaram / Ramachandrapuram).
Power Plant Training :
This program is designed for university fresher. Introduction to coal based thermal power stations, gas based combined cycle power plants, hydro power stations and biogas based power plants. The purpose of this course is to present and discuss various processes involving the construction details and application of capital equipment (Turbine, Boiler & Generator).
Gas Turbine Training :
This program is designed for the professionals interested in gas turbine based power generation, aviation, maintenance, design, spares manufacturing or repairs workshop.
Steam Turbine Training :
Steam Turbine training course covers industrial applications in the area of power generation units. The training focuses on the major components, principles of operation, maintenance procedures & applications.
Turbo Generator Training :
This program illustrates the various types of electrical machines and application of synchronous machines in power generation application. Generator excitation system and synchronization with power grid
Instrumentation Training :
Turbo IIT offers training in the field of Industrial Instrumentation and Controls. The training is focused on installation, maintenance, repair and calibration of instruments.
Rotating Equipment Diagnostic :
This course deals with methods of systematic data collection of rotating machinery so that remedial action can be taken before breakdown occurs.

GRADUATE ENGINEER TRAINING – POWER PLANT

COURSE OUTLINE: Thermal Power Plant (Steam Turbine and Gas Turbine), Fuel Classification, Water Treatment Plant, Gas Conditioning Plant, Heat Exchangers, Compressors, Pumps, Valves, Hydraulic System, Pneumatic System, Lube Oil System, Fire Fighting System, Inlet Air Filtration and condition system, bulk oil storage tanks.
