Applications are invited from Indian Citizen for the posts of Dy. Nursing Superintendent, Assistant Nursing Superintendent and Staff Nurse Gr. – II (Sister Gr.-II) for AIIMS, Rishikesh on contractual Basis, initially for a period of 11 months or till regular appointment made for these posts in the prescribed format and on the terms and conditions as mentioned in annexure ‘A’
1.Name of the post : Deputy Nursing Superintendent
Grade: ‘A’
Consolidated Salary :- 41,500/-
Upper Age Limit: up to 56 years
Qualification:
(i) B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing qualification from recognized institute/university.
(ii) Should be registered as Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing Council.
Experience:
(i) Eight years of experience out of which minimum two years as Assistant Nursing Superintendent or equivalent in minimum 150 bedded hospital.
Desirable:
(i) M.Sc. (Nursing) from a recognized institute/University.
(ii) Ability to use computers- Hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets.

2. Name of the post : Assistant Nursing Superintendent
Grade: ‘A’
Consolidated Salary:- 41,500/-
Upper Age Limit: up to 56 years
Qualification:
(i) B.Sc. Nursing/Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing qualification from recognized institute/university.
(ii) Should be registered as Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing Council.
Experience:
(i) Seven years of experience out of which minimum two years as Nursing In-charge (Grade- I) or equivalent in minimum 150 bedded hospital.
Desirable:
(ii) M.Sc. (Nursing) from a recognized institute/University.
(iii) Ability to use computers- Hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets.

3.Name of the post : Staff Nurse Gr-II (Sister Gr-II)
Group: ‘B’
Consolidated Salary:-27,000/-
Upper Age Limit: up to 56 Years
Qualification:
(i) Matriculation or its equivalent from a recognized university/board.
(ii) Recognized B.Sc. Nursing/ Post Basic nursing degree/diploma in General nursing and midwifery from a recognized Institution or equivalent qualification for Male Nurse.
(iii) Should be Registered “A” Grade Nurse and midwife with a State Nursing Council or equivalent qualification for Male Nurse.
Experience: Three years of experience as Staff Nurse in minimum 50 bedded Hospital. In case of B.Sc./ Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing candidate one year experience in minimum 50 bedded Hospital.
Desirable: Ability to use computers- Hands on experience in office applications, spread sheets. Preference will be given to candidates with B.Sc. Nursing qualification.
