Ponjesly Goverment Scholarship :
Apart from the college scholarship every year the college obtains various scholarships from the Government. In the current year we got Rs 45 lakhs to distribute to 500students.
Backward Class/Most Backward Class Scholarship :
Eligibility :
Parental Income should not exceed Rs.50000/- per annum.
Requirement :
** Application in the prescribed form.
** Community Certificate
** Income Certificate
** Should have passed in the previous year’s examination and secured a minimum of 40% marks.
Free Education Professional Degree Courses (Medical/Engineering/Agriculture/Law/Veterinary) :
Eligibility :
Parental Income should not be exceeded Rs. 50000 p.a. and candidate should be first person studying degree/professional degree course in the family.
Requirement :
** Application in the prescribed form.
** Community Certificate and No Graduate in the family certificate
** Income Certificate
** No parental income limit. No other restrictions applicable, proof community
(Certificate) is enough for MBC/DNC students only
SC/ST Scholarship :
Central Government Post Metric Scholarship
Eligibility :
Parental Income should not exceed Rs.100000/- per annum for SC category Parental Income should not exceed Rs.108000/- per annum for ST category

State Government Post Metric Scholarship :
Eligibility :
Parental Income should not exceed Rs.50000/- per annum
Requirement :
** Application in the prescribed form.
** Community Certificate and Income Certificate.
Farmer Security Scheme :
Eligibility :
Wards of farmers
Requirement :
** Application in the prescribed format duly signed by Head of family,
** Village Administrative Officer and Principal of the College.
** Copy of the farmer card, statements of marks and Community Certificate attested by Principal of the College
Government of India, Ministry of Labour Scholarship :
Eligibility :
College going children of BEEDI WORKERS/MICA/IRON/MANAGESE/ CHROME ORE & LIMESTONE/DOLOMITE MINES
Requirement :
Application in the prescribed format.
Minorities Welfare :
Merit Cum Means Based Scholarship by Government of India.
Requirement :
Purely Meritorious based on marks and parental income should not exceed Rs 2,50,000 p.a. for students belonging to Minority community ( like Muslim/Christian & etc)
