Fertiliser Manufacturer Licence :
You should have following documents before submitting the online application for getting licence
** Documents Name Format
** Duly filled Form D in duplicate as per Clause 14 of FCO 1985.
** Copy of Certificate of Registration issued by District Industries Center
** Copy of Certificate of qualification as per Clause 14 of FCO 1985. If the applicant is not having prescribed qualification, then detail appointment order of production supervisor along with certified copy of qualification certificate
** Name of responsible person and his acceptance on notarized Rs.100/- stamp paper along with detail appointment order (see clause 24 of FCO 1985).
** Certificate of well establishment of laboratory (see clause 21 A of FCO 1985).
** List of machinery and instrument available for manufacturing of fertiliser (Name of machinery ,capacity,numbers and year of purchase)
** Manufacturing process and annual production capacity.
** Matter to be printed on fertiliser bag (See Clause 21 of FCO 1985).
** List of raw material supplier
** Copies of documents of ownership of manufacturing premises such as 7/12, revenue tax receipt etc.If manufacturing premises is on rental basis then rent agreement on Rs 100/- stamp paper along with ownership documents.
** If the firm is partnership firm then attested copy of partnership deed. If the firm is Ltd. company then attested copy of memorandum of understanding and articles of association and if the firm is cooperative society then attested copy registration certificate from Department of Cooperation.
** Copy of valid consent to operate from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board.
** Inspection report of fertiliser inspector in prescribed form

Note : All the documents submitted by applicant should be dully attested by gazetted officer or notary.

Fee :
Fees Rs 500 per grade or maximum of Rs 1000 pay online through gras website.

Insecticides Manufacturer Licence :
You should have following documents before submitting the online application for getting licence
** Documents Name Format
** Copies of marketing agreement between manufacturer & marketing Company
** Undertaking about responsible person (Under Section 33(1)) on Rs.100/- stamp paper in prescribed format.
** Specimen copies of Label/s and leaflets of marketing Companies
** Map of manufacturing Unit
** Manufacturing process of the products
** Flow Chart of Products
** Copy of valid consent to operate from Maharashtra Pollution Control Board.
** Registration copy of District Industries Center
** No Objection Certificate from concerned civic administrative authority
** Lease deed if the manufacturing site is not in the name of company
** Undertaking of Manufacturer regarding quality assurance on Rs.100/- stamp paper in prescribed format
** List of manpower (Expert Staff with Designation & Educational Qualification)
** List of Machinery & Laboratory Equipments with their make and capacity
** Safety provisions made for workers & production unit in general
** Copies of all Insecticides registration certificates (complete set) (Section-9)
** Specimen copies of label/s and leaflets as approved by C. I.B.& R.C.(Rule 18,19)
** Appointment of medical officer.(Rule 37,38)
** Copies of documents of ownership of manufacturing/sale point/godown premises such as 7/12, revenue tax receipt etc.
** Notarized document for name of responsible person (Under Section 33(1)) on stamp Rs. 100/- in prescribed format.
** Preliminary inspection report from Local Insecticide Inspector Details
** List of Board of Directors
** Memorandum of Association & Article of Association

Marketing :
** Notorised copies of manufacturing/selling license of the marketing Company.
** Undertaking about responsible person (Under Section 33(1)) on Rs.100/- stamp paper in prescribed format. Marketing Company.
** Productwise manufacture & sale report for 2 years
** Joint Underteking between Manufacturer & Marketer regarding marketing on Rs.100/- stamp paper in prescribed format.

Jobwork :
** Notorised copy of Manufacturing license (Company whose Jobwork is to be down)
** Job Work agreement
** Undertaking about responsible person (Under Section 33(1)) on Rs.100/- stamp paper in prescribed format. (Company whose Jobwork is to be done)

Note :
All the documents submitted by applicant should be dully attested by gazetted officer or notary.

Fee :
Fees Rs 50 per insecticide, maximum to Rs. 500 pay online through gras website.
