The Contest ‘Hyundai Brilliant Player’ (hereinafter referred as “the Contest) is open to all Indian Citizens, aged about 18 years & above residing in India (hereinafter called as “Participants”) and the Contest is organized by Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) between 13th February 2015 and 29th March 2015 (Hereinafter referred as “Contest Period”).

The process of the Contest will be as follows:
Participant will be invited to participate in Contest through Short Messaging Service (SMS) and interested participants shall send SMS along with their Email IDs to 56767 to register for the contest.
Participants will get a question in their registered Mobile Number through SMS two (2) days before the start of the select ICC World Cup 2015 cricket matches.
Participants shall answer to the question received in their Mobile Number,by sending SMS space to 56767by midnight 12:00 AM of the day before the start of a match. For e.g. suppose a match is happening on 22nd February 2015, the participant needs to respond with the answer via SMS by midnight 12.00 of 21st February 2015. Any answers received after midnight 12.00 of the day will be rejected and will not be considered.

HMIL will not be responsible, if a Participant not receives SMS owing to his/her registration with National Do Not Call Registry or Do not Disturb of Telecom Service Provider.

HMIL will not be responsible or liable for any loss suffered by any Participant based on the representation, terms, conditions, information presented / displayed on any other source other than the Contest page.
Answers submitted by the Participant/s will be evaluated by HMIL/Agency engaged by it and all the Participants sending answers for each Cricket Match will get M-Coupon through SMS, irrespective of the answer given is correct or not. After the Contest Period, from among the participants, 10 winners, who answer the maximum number of correct answers during the contest period will be shortlisted and each shortlisted winner will get gift coupon / voucher worth of Rs.4500/- (Rupees Four Thousand Five Hundred only)from online shopping website as Prize, subject to fulfilling the conditions by the shortlisted winners. In case of tie, the participant who has given the correct answer first, based on the date and time of the receipt of answer via SMS, will be declared as winner.
HMIL’s decision on the selection of winner(s) will be final and binding on all the Participant/s.

The services are being provided by Third Party “Wunderman India Pvt. Ltd” (Wunderman) only. Hence, the liability for rendering appropriate services lies with Wunderman only and HMIL owes no responsibility for the quality of services being provided under this Contest.
This Contest is open for the participation of individuals only. Corporate, Agencies, employees of HMIL, its business associates and their immediate family members are not entitled to participate in this Contest.
No purchase or fee is required to be made for participating in this Contest. HMIL will not be responsible for any payment or fee given to anybody for this contest.

The cost of SMS charges for registration & sending answers, imposed by their respective telecom service providers shall be borne by participants.
The M-Coupon can be redeemed by Participants at couponraja.in only once as per terms and conditions and Prize can be redeemed by Winners at online shopping website.
If prize / m-coupon is not available, HMIL will decide an alternate prize / m-coupon.
If a Participant, declared as winner of the Contest, is unable to fulfill any one or more eligibility requirements, shall be disqualified as winner. Inability of the Participant to fulfill the eligibility requirement, shall be construed as violating the terms and conditions of the Contest by such Participant. Any status update, comment, tweets made / submitted by such disqualified Participant during the Contest Period shall be invalid.

HMIL shall not be responsible for non-delivery or shortcoming or defect or deficiency or facilitating process in prize/s / m-coupons and all the legal remedies in relation to the prizes / m-coupons solely lie against manufacturer / third party service providers and HMIL shall not assume any responsibility of any kind whatsoever.
The Prizes / m-coupons shall be subject to the laws of India, including all the tax laws. All applicable statutory duties, surcharges, taxes (including TDS), etc. that may be applicable, will be borne by the winner/s of the Contest.
The response to this Contest must be original and confirm to decency guidelines. Any response deemed to contain content that depicts violence, immoral, unethical, illegal, anti-social, racial, political, anti-religious, sexual or any other inflammatory, defamatory or objectionable material will be disqualified and will not be considered. HMIL reserves the right to initiate legal action against such Participants. Interpretation of what is, and is not, appropriate material is at the sole discretion of HMIL.

The Participants should not deface or disparage any brand of HMIL in any manner in the process of sharing their response.
The winners will be intimated by way of SMS. In the event of no response / acknowledgement from the concerned winner to the SMS within 2 days, then his / her prize will be forfeited.
The winners should submit to HMIL / Agency engaged by it the necessary documentation / proof of identity and other relevant documentation as specified in Clause 21 below, within 10 days of receiving SMS intimation of being selected as winner of the Contest.

The prizes / m-coupons are non-endorsable or cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
Apart from the entitlement to the above prize/s, the winners will have no other rights or claims against HMIL / its Agency. In the event of death of a winner, no claim from the nominee or legal heirs of the Winners shall be entertained.

Each winner should provide the following valid and legal documents to HMIL for claiming the prize:
Name,
Address,
Age proof,
Residence proof,
Proof of identity,
Copy of PAN Card (mandatory) and Aadhar Card (optional).

HMIL reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to modify, alter, change, add or delete any of the terms and conditions or participation mechanics of the Contest or to replace wholly or in part, this Contest by another Contest whether similar to this Contest or not or to withdraw it altogether and Intimation of the same will be posted on HMIL portal.
HMIL / Agency is not responsible or liable if Participant is not able to understand or misinterpret the Contest mechanics or not able to send SMS or SMS delivery failure or SMS lost / late receipt of SMS due to anynetwork / electronic or transmission or technical failures or if a Participant has registered to the Do Not Disturb (DND) of telecom service provider or National Do Not Call Registry for not receiving messages.

No correspondence, clarification, explanation or any other claims whatsoever with regard to the Contest including selection of winners, prize / m-coupon distribution etc. will be entertained by HMIL.
Any participation by Participants is purely voluntary and Participants are free to enroll for this Contest at their own discretion & free will.
