Sustainability
: The idea should be sustainable. There should be a convincing financial plan ensuring the economic sustainability of the idea. The idea should be socially acceptable ensuring the social sustainability of the idea. Finally, environmental sustainability is important.

Use of ICT
: Creative use of technology in your enterprise idea

Scalability
: The enterprise should be scalable to ensure that it reaches to a wider community (geographically) of the country and is not restricted to only a single place.

Local Inclusiveness
: Given that any idea in a small town or village setting is successful only with community involvement it is important to have participation of the local community which could be in the form of providing employment or ownership to the community.
