Sunland Recipe Contest :
Sunland Recipe Contest is a Sales Promotion where customers of Sunland Sunflower Oil can win cash prize of Rs.10,000 everyday and/or a Car every month during the contest period. It is a contest involving skill (submission of recipe) and is not a game of chance. The Contest starts on 25.12.2014 and closes on 10.04.2015

The recipes should meet three criteria:
It should be tasty
It should have nutritional value
It should involve usage of Sunland Sunflower Oil

This Contest involves 3 simple steps:
Purchase a pack of Sunland Sunflower oil (1 Ltr Pouch / 1 Ltr pet Bottle / 5 Ltr Can / 15 Ltr or 15 Kg Tin)
Submission of the unique code found in the Sunland pack either through SMS (98430 00777) or type in the unique code through this website to enter the contest
Submission of Recipe – either upload in this website or send email contest@sunlandoil.in or post The Sunland Recipe Contest, Post Box No. 1738, General Post Office, Rajaji Salai, Chennai -1

This contest is open only to the public (anyone above the age of 18) and is not open to Staff of Sunland or the vendors or the channel partners involved with the implementation of the contest. The contest is judged by Celebrity Chef Mrs. Mallika Badrinath and is monitored by leading Auditors and legal experts.

Terms and Conditions of “Sunland Sunflower Oil” Contest:
Sunland Sunflower Oil Contest for consumers hereinafter referred as “Contest”.
KTV Health Food Pvt. Ltd. hereinafter referred as “KTV”
The consumers can participate in the contest by sending a SMS to 9843000777 with the unique code printed outside the Sunland 1 Ltr. Pouch, 1 Ltr. Pet bottle, 5 Ltr. Can, 15 Ltr. and 15 Kg. Tin or logging in to the website and typing in the unique code and proceed to the recipe contest or they can mail the recipe to contest@sunlandoil.in with the correct unique code or send the recipe with correct unique code to The Sunland Recipe Contest Post Box No. 1738, General Post Office, Rajaji Salai, Chennai -1
The entries would be judged by a panel of culinary experts and a lucky winner will be selected everyday and there would be one winner of the month who would be eligible to receive the following prizes, subject to terms and conditions.

Prizes:
The daily winner gets Rs 10,000/- cash prize.
The winner of the Best recipe of the month gets an 800 cc car as gift subject to terms and conditions.

The date of commencement of Contest is December 25th, 2014 and the date of closure of the Contest is April 10th, 2015.

This is a sales promotion and prize scheme Contest and subject to State and Central Govt. laws and regulations.

This Contest is not a game of chance or gambling, it is only a game of skill of the contestant.

KTV Health Food Pvt. Ltd. having its office at 48/310, Thambu Chetty Street, Chennai- 600 001, India is called the Contest launcher and sponsor.

Agreement to Terms and Conditions:
The participant in Contest by SMS, post box and online participation agree to the terms and conditions contained in  sunlandoil.in which is the Contest website. The participants are bound by the decisions of KTV which is final and binding on all the contestants.
KTV reserves the right to eliminate any person from the contest in their opinion considered to be having conflict of interest or unfit.
KTV reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Contest at any time at its own discretion without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
The decisions of KTV in respect of the Contest and Prizes therein will be final and absolute and not open to any scrutiny or interference.

Eligibility:
This contest will be open to Indian residents excluding agents, Distributors, retailers and any other channel partners of KTV.
Participants of the age 18 years or above on the day of submission of the recipe are only eligible to participate. In that case they may redeem the prize at his / her own cost and shall execute the documents as required.
To receive the High Value prize, the participants must furnish the bank account details, PAN card details (Permanent Account Number), ID proof and address proof.
The successful participants must produce original Sunland 1 Ltr pouch, 1 Ltr.pet bottle, or 5 Ltr. Can or 15 Ltr./ 15 Kg. Tin for verification and redemption of prizes.
KTV or its agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do not call) Registry regulation that will come into play. Participants will agree as per the terms and conditions under NDNC, DND (Do not Disturb), KTV or its agency will have all authority to call such participants who voluntarily participate in the SMS campaign.
The Participants individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”
Employees, Directors, and their Kith & Kin from “KTV Health Food Private Ltd”, the Ad agency, channel partners and the vendors are not eligible for participation.

Contest Period and Contest Timings:
The Contest Period commences on December 25th, 2014 and ends on April 10th, 2015 hereinafter referred to as ‘Contest Period’. The Contest is valid only on Sunland 1 Ltr Pouch, 1 Ltr pet Bottle, 5 Ltr. Can, 15 Ltr / 15 Kg. Tin Packs and not for any other packs.
Only entries with correct unique Code No. (Taken from the Sunland Pack bought from the market with a valid bill) must be sent as SMS to the given telephone number or posted through email or uploaded on the website or mailed to Post Box for consideration as valid for participation in the contest.
The time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through SMS or online entry or email or Post Box entry of the correct unique code no.
For the winner of the day, the recipe should be received through SMS or online entry or email or Post Box entry with the correct unique code no. before 5pm that specific day to be considered for the Best recipe of the particular day. Entries received after 5pm would be considered as the next day entry.
The manner of selecting the winning entry is described under the Clause of “Winner Selection”. Participants will be chosen during the Contest Period.

How to apply:
To participate in the contest, consumers must purchase Sunland 1 Ltr. Pouch, 1 Ltr.pet bottle, 5 Ltr. Can, 15 Ltr or 15 Kg. Tin and look for the unique code printed outside the pouch/label. The route to participate in this Contest is SMS to the telephone number 98430 00777 or posted through email to contest@sunlandoil.in or uploaded on the website www.sunlandoil.in or mailed to The Sunland Recipe Contest Post Box No. ****, Annasalai, Chennai-2.

The SMS route:
As a first step, Participants are required to SMS the Unique code printed outside the Sunland 1 Ltr. Pouch, 5 Ltr. Can, 15 Ltr or 15 Kg.Tin to 98430 00777 from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone.
Participants will receive a confirmatory SMS.
The participants can then upload their recipes in www.sunlandoil.in or mail the recipe to contest@sunlandoil.in or send to The Sunland Recipe Contest Post Box No. ****, Annasalai, Chennai-2.
Once the recipe is uploaded correctly the Participant will receive an acknowledgement message.
The participant shall have to pay charges to their respective telecom service providers for sending the SMS.
If the Participant sends or keys in an incorrect or invalid code the entry will not be entertained.
Only one person can Contest under one valid unique code taken from the Sunland Pack (i.e. Only a single SMS entry or single post through email or one upload on the website or mail to Post Box for contest will be entertained). Multiple SMS entries sent under single valid unique code will automatically be rejected.
The participant should not submit any material which infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party or in breach of any obligation of confidentiality by which they are bound – all Material must be owned by or created by the participant themselves.
