Single Window Clearance Service:
This facility allows you to register your plots and apply online for various clearances by MIDC related to Fire Department , Water Supply, Technical Advisor (TA), Special Planning Authority (SPA), Engineering and Land Department Clearances.

In addition to MIDC clearances you also apply online for certain services of DIC and MPCB.

Register and create a User-name and password to gain access to online services related to your plot.

I want to apply for a Plot in an Industrial Area; do I need to register on SWC portal?:
Yes. Registration form for new applicants is available here. If you are already SWC User then Login here. Single Window Clearance is for existing plot holders as well as prospective investors. .

I have multiple plots do I need to create separate login for each plot?:
No. With single user id you can register multiple plots on the portal. Click on “Register another Plot” link on the home page after logging in.

I have filled the form and uploaded the attachments but I don’t see any progress?:
Forms needs to be “submitted” for processing to begin. Click on the “Submission” tab and click the “Submit” button. Once the form is submitted, you will receive a tracking number e.g.“SWC/100/3/20100424/515” and only then the MIDC officer will see the form for processing. Once submitted, please submit the physical copies of documents required to the officer.

Can I receive SMS alerts for important processing events related to my application?:
Yes. Select the registered plot on the home page after logging in and click the “Edit “ link. On the plot registration page, provide correct Mobile phone numbers and check the “Receive SMS Alerts” box at the bottom of the page.

Can I fill and submit same form again?:
If you submitted form is under process by MIDC Authority, you are not allowed to submit the form again till the form is approved or rejected by MIDC Authority.

Is it mandatory to attach soft copies of required documents with the online forms?:
Attaching correct and authentic scanned documents will expedite processing of forms by MIDC officials. You can provide the documents in hardcopy form to the processing MIDC Authority if you do not want to attach scanned documents online.

I have registered my plot on SWC site but I don’t see any forms on “Available Services”?:
Your plot registration in MIDC industrial needs to be approved by MIDC Regional Officers before you can access services. Verify if there are any online queries by the MIDC Authority in the queries module. Contact the MIDC Authority directly to follow up if necessary. Contact details of the MIDC Authority are available in the “Submission” section of the page.

Some attachment document required for the forms run into multiple pages and is difficult to scan and create large computer files, making it difficult to upload, what should I do?:
For documents running into many pages, especially Agreement or Agreement to Lease document you can scan and upload the important pages in the document and not all pages.

Add the scanned images into ZIP file using a file compression tool and upload the document.

If you have original soft copies e.g. CAD files, DOC files then the computer files are smaller, please ZIP them and upload on the site.

Ensure that you do not upload virus infected files on the SWC server.
