The call center number 1967 works 24 hours 7 days, receiving emergency calls from the citizens of Jharkhand. After the report of the incident is registered, immediate information is disseminated to all the concerned persons and related departments in the administration, for immediate action. eRahat tracks the incident till it is satisfactorily closed. Till the reported matter is taken up by the concerned person the incident is automatically escalated to the higher authorities. All the time while the incident is being taken care of by the administration, eRahat would update the complainant about the interventions by the administration in real time though SMS text messages.
