Knorr Soupy Noodles Chota Bheem ka Scooty Contest :
These terms and conditions are applicable for the “Knorr Soupy Noodles Chota Bheem ka Scooty Offer” (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) being conducted by Hindustan Unilever Limited (hereinafter referred to as “HUL”) from 21st July 2014 to 30th September 2014 (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”). The Participants agree to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and each Participant hereby agrees to be bound by the Terms and/or by any subsequent revisions of the terms.

Terms and Conditions :
1. The Contest is open to all Indian Nationals. In the event of such Indian nationals being a minor, such minors must have permissions and consent from their parents (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”).

2. The terms & conditions of this contest shall apply to all participating Indian nationals.

3. To participate in the contest, the following process is required to be followed by the Participants :
** Purchase any pack of Knorr Soupy Noodles.
** Avail Knorr Soupy Noodles Chota Bheem Finger Puppets in each such Knorr Soup Noodles packs for free.
** SMS the unique code number (hereinafter referred to as “UCN”) printed at the back of the finger puppet to 086880 86880 (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Number”)
** Upon receipt of the SMS, the Participant shall be sent a SMS/Chota Bheem IVRS call confirming his/her participation & thanking the participant if the Unique Code is correct and valid. Standard charges shall be applicable for sending the SMS as per the tariff plan subscribed by the Participants by their respective telecom Service Provider.
** The first 10,000 participants upon valid registration shall win a ‘Knorr Soupy Noodles Chota Bheem Skate Scooter’ during the Contest Period.
** The Participants may also stand a chance to win other exciting prizes which shall include 750 Knorr Soupy Noodles Chota Bheem Sippers, 750 Knorr Soupy Noodles Chota Bheem Tiffin set and 750 Knorr Soupy Noodles Chota Bheem Bags (hereinafter referred to as ‘exciting prizes’) during the Contest Period. The participants shall be given the exciting prizes on a ‘lucky draw’ basis which shall be conducted by HUL during the Contest Period.
** Lucky draw shall not be applicable to the residents of Tamil Nadu.
** The residents of Tamil Nadu shall, on providing the UCN as indicated above, need to answer a contest question correctly to win the exciting prizes.

4. The Contest is being conducted by ZipDial Mobile Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “Technology Partner”) on behalf of HUL.

5. The Contest is applicable to customers of all Mobile Service Providers subject to network availability in their respective areas of network operations.

6. There is no restriction as to the number of messages a Participant may send to participate in the Contest using different Unique Codes. However, same Unique Code shall not be used twice to send messages. Once a Unique Code is SMSed by any participant to the pre – defined Contest number, such UCN shall become invalid.

7. Participants can participate multiple times in the contest by multiple purchases of Knorr Soupy Noodles packs.

8. The Contest shall be open from 21st July, 2014 to 30th September, 2014. No entries, requests or Contest related queries shall be entertained after the Contest period.

9. All entries to the Contest will be received only by way of SMS and no communication by any other mode shall be valid and considered for registration to this Contest.

10. The names of the winners will be announced on http://pogo.tv/ksn (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Website”) during the Contest Period.

11. The selection of winners is at the sole discretion of Hindustan Unilever Limited/Technology Partner. The decision of the Organizers in connection with the Contest will be final & binding and is non-contestable.

12. HUL/Technology partner shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of this Contest.

13. HUL/Technology Partner shall not be held responsible for any factors which are beyond HUL’s control.

14. The functioning and operation of the SMS Service is dependent on the Telecom Operators Network for which HUL/Technology Partner shall not be responsible in the event of failure of Telecom Operators network transmission or failure of message transmission or for any other reasons whatsoever.

15. Basis the tariff plan of each participant with their respective service provider, the participant will be charged for each SMS that is sent from their respective Mobile Phones.

16. HUL/Technology Partner shall not be responsible for Downtime on services rendered by the telecom operators / provider that may occur for any reason whatsoever including without limitation due to decisions and / or changes in regulations that are carried out by TRAI, DoT or any other regulatory body. HUL/ Technology Partner shall not be responsible for downtime caused due to technical difficulties or downtime created at the telecom operator / provider’s end either due to failure of hardware equipment at the telecom providers end, configuration issues at the end of the Telecom operator /provider’s end, network congestion or for any other reason whatsoever.

17. After the proposed prizes has been provided and after the contest period, HUL and its Technology Partner shall stand fully absolved of their obligation under this Contest, and shall not be liable in any manner to the participants and/or his/her legal representatives on any aspect whatsoever.

18. Participation in the contest shall be voluntary and at the sole discretion of the participants. By participating in this Contest, the participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions available on the Contest website as well as the decisions of HUL and/or the Technology Partner, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.

19. Participants understands that inability to send SMS could be due to various reasons such as network congestion, breakdown of machinery, poor network availability, disruption in the network, inconvenience/ hindrance caused or otherwise. All incidental costs, if any, that may arise from participating in the Contest will be borne by the Participant. Any dispute in connection to the same shall be settled between the Participant and the Service Provider without involving HUL.

20. The participants may give a missed call on the Contest number for any contest related queries.

21. The participants may also find contest related FAQs on the Contest Website.

22. HUL/Technology Partner shall not be responsible in case of non receipt of the message. Proof of sending SMS is not proof of receipt of the SMS.

23. The pictures shown on any mode of communication are for representative purposes only.

24. HUL/Technology Partner shall maintain confidentiality of the personal information furnished by the contest Participants.

25. The information furnished by the Participants shall be used solely for the purposes of the Contest. Prior consent of the participants shall be taken in case HUL/Technology Partner uses the information for any other purposes/promotions/contests.

26. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-substitutable and non- encashable.

27. The winners shall be intimated by the HUL/Technology partner directly. HUL shall not entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of conduct of the Contest and grant of the Prize/s from any party whatsoever.

28. Apart from the entitlement to the Prize, the Winner or his/her legal heirs will have no other rights or claims against the Organizers.

29. By participating in this Contest the Participants agree and undertake to indemnify and keep indemnified HUL/Technology partner, its associates, employees and agencies from any suit, claim, cost or damages arising out of your conduct in participating in the Contest.

30. HUL reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the campaign at any time during the Contest Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.

31. There is no entry fee for participating in this programme. Participants are therefore cautioned to beware of anyone soliciting payments for entry to thisContest.

32. Knorr Soupy Noodles Chota Bheem finger puppets offered during the contest period are not suitable for children under age 3.

33. The winners shall be required to provide detailed address and other information (as required) to HUL/Technology Partner on which the prizes shall be delivered by the authorised representative. The prizes will be delivered within

30 Days from the date of intimation to HUL/ Technology Partner at the address provided by the prize winners.

34. It is the Participants responsibility to ensure that their personal details (name, address, date of birth, email id, ID Proof) are always updated and accurate in order to be able to receive the gratification/ notification in time.

35. Winners need to provide a photo identity proof at the time of delivery of the prize. If the same is not furnished, HUL/Technology partner has the right to refuse delivery of the prize.

36. If the participant is not reachable on the mobile number used to participate in the Promotion or on the given address, his/her nomination shall stand cancelled and the next participant shall be given the prize as per HUL’s discretion. HUL/ Technology partner shall not assume any responsibility in this regard.

37. The decision of HUL in choosing the brand/ model/size / colour/ shape or any other feature pertaining to the prize shall be final and binding on the winners.

38. No dispute regarding the Contest shall be entertained. HUL reserves the sole right to control the execution of the Contest.

39. HUL shall ensure that quality products are being delivered to the prize winners but at the same time it shall not be held responsible for any damages occurring to any of the prizes during the transit.

40. Employees of HUL, their dependants, agencies associated with this contest and their employees shall not be entitled to participate in this contest.

41. All disputes with respect to this Contest are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or forums in Mumbai only.
