UPCMET – 2014: FIRST COUNSELING NOTICE :
All the successful candidates of Main Merit List of UPCMET – 2014 are hereby informed that in compliance with the orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the detailed information for the First Counseling is as follows:

[1] MODES OF COUNSELING & THEIR DETAILS:
MODE –I: Off – Centre Counseling The eligible candidates may lock their choices through the website of the association from June 16, 2014 to June 21, 2014 from anywhere over the internet in Five simple steps as follows:

Step-I: Deposit the Counseling Fee of Rs.1500/= in the Bank Account No. 00831011001218 of UPUMCWA with Oriental Bank of Commerce, Civil Lines, Bareilly (IFSC – ORBC0100083) and get the UTR No.. The fee can be deposited into the aforesaid account from any Bank latest by June 20, 2014 (Friday).

Step-II: On next day after 10:00 AM, click on the link Off-Centre Counseling on the website www.upumcwa.org in between June 16, 2014 & June 21, 2014 and enter the Roll Number, Form Number, and UTR No. (Obtained on depositing the fee in Step-I) in the designated fields.

Step-III: Upload the Soft Copies of all the documents (in .jpg format) through the link provided for this purpose. These documents include Marksheet of 10th & 12th and the Caste Certificate (if applicable). Please note that in case of BC candidates, the caste certificate must be issued on or after April 01, 2014

Step-IV: Submit your choice of preferences for admission in the member colleges and update your Mobile No. & Email-Id for any further correspondence.

Step-V: While locking the choices, please check the order of preferences carefully and in case of anomalies, please EDIT the same before LOCKING. The choices once locked will not in any case be allowed to change. Thereafter, print the Choice Submission Report for your records.

MODE – II: On – Centre Counseling To facilitate the candidates who could not locked their choices through Off-Centre Counseling, the On-Centre Counseling will be held on June 24, 2014 (Tuesday) from 10:00 AM to 03:00 PM at different centers as required. The list of such centres will be notified through the website by June 21, 2014. The candidates, in person, may attend the counseling at any of these centers as per their convenience.

Candidates are required to carry the following documents in original (for verification purposes) as well as one photocopy set of the same for submission along with a Counseling Fee of Rs. 1500/= through Cash / DD (in favor of UPUMCWA, payable at Bareilly (U.P.) – 243 001):
1. Admit Card of UPCMET – 2014.
2. Downloaded Mark Sheet / Rank Card of UPCMET – 2014.
3. Marksheet & Certificate of 10th Standard.
4. Marksheet & Certificate (if issued) of 12th Standard. If the marksheet is downloaded from the internet, please get the same verified from the Principal of the School from where 12th is passed.
5. Caste Certificate, if applicable. In case of BC Category, the same must be issued after April 01, 2014.

[2] RESULT OF SEAT ALLOTMENT & REPORTING:
In compliance with the orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court, the result of Seat Allotment shall be declared through our website upumcwa.org on June 25, 2014 (Wednesday). The candidates have to report to the allotted institution with the Seat Allotment Letter (Downloaded from the website), all the original documents and the requisite fee of the allotted institution for the MBBS – First Year in academic session 2014 – 15 latest by July 01, 2014 (Tuesday), failing which the allotment will stand cancelled.
