This Combined Vidya Varidhi Entrance Test (2014-15) is meant for admission into Vidya- Varidhi course in the following three Universities. Hence the name of the concerned University must be mentioned in the application form where the admission is desired
1. Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan ² in H. Q. and in its 11 Campuses.
2. Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeeth ² Tirupati
3. Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha, B-4 Qutub Institutional Area Katwaria Sarai, New Delhi
Eligibility for entering the Combined V.V.E. Test :
All those candidates who want to appear in C.V.V. Entrance Test should be
Acharya/M.A. (Sanskrit) or having an equivalent degree from Universities, duly recognised by University Grants Commission/Deemed Universities obtaining at least 55% marks in aggregate shall be permitted to apply for the C.V.V. Entrance Test. Those who wish to appear in Education should have M.A. Sanskrit with 55% of Marks along with Shiksha Acharya (M.Ed.) or equivalent P.G. Degree in Education with 55% of Marks.
For Candidates belonging to S.C/ S.T./ otherwise able catagories, minimum 50% marks in M.A. Sanskrit/ Sanskrit related subjects shall also be considered as eligible.
Teachers/researchers working in the C.V.V.E. Test related Universities /affiliated colleges/ schools can also apply for the test if they have obtained at least 55% marks in the aggregate in Acharya/M.A. (Sanskrit) examination. Admission will be given as per U.G.C. rule.
All those N.R.I. candidates who have passed Acharya/M.A. (Sanskrit) with 55% marks in the aggregate from any Deemed University outside India can also apply for the C.V.V. E.T. through the foreign department of the Govt. of India or the Ministry of Human Resource Development.
For appearing in the test, such candidates also shall be considered eligible who have appeared in Acharya/M.A. Sanskrit examination but their result is awaited. Such candidates shall be required to submit their mark-sheets showing the prescribed percentage of marks required for the registration, before the admission.
Those eligible candidates who have cleared NET/JRF/ Lectureship test are also required to appear in the C.V.V.E. Test Part A only.
Reservation policy of G.O.I. shall be followed.

As per rules and regulations of U.G.C. The following no. of seats are available in each
University as per the staff²
a. In Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan²In its H.Q. and 11 Campuses (Approximately 800 Seats)
b. In Rashtritya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha ²Tirupati (Approximately 100 Seats available)
c. In Shri Lal Bahadur Shastri Rashtriya Sanskrit Vidyapeetha New Delhi (Approximately 150 Seats available)
The no. of research candidates allowed under each post is as follows.
(i) Per Professer 10
(ii) Per Asstt. Professer/ Education Officer 8
(iii) Per Asstt. Professer 6
The Vice-Chanceller can marginally change the number as per the recommendations of the Departmental/ Local Research Committee or due to any other unavoidable circumstances.

The schedule of C.V.V.E. Test :
Advertisement Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan shall publicise the schedule of C.V.V.E Test through the reputed papers and also through websites. The concerned information can be obtained from there.
Dates of obtaining the Applicaton forms Application forms for the CVVET shall be available w.e.f. 10.06.2014 to 05.07.2014 upto 4.00 P.M. by depositing the required amount of fees either by self or by post through Demand Draft payable in f/o the Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan New Delhi.
Last date of submitting the application form The last date of submitting the application forms, duly filled in, complete in all respects shall be 05.07.2014 by 5.30 P.M. Application forms received late shall not be included for the test.
Date of Pre-Research Test 19 July 2014
Time of Examination (For A Part) 10.00 A.M. to 11.30 A.M. (For B Part) 11.40 A.M. to 01.10 P.M.
Points to be noted for filling the Application form :
1. This booklet contains three application forms A, B, C.
(i) A and B application form to be sent to H. Q. Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan Exam. section
(ii) C application form is for examination at the time of admission.
2. The number given on the form shall also be considered as your Roll Number.
3. The examination centre of your choice shall be granted only if there are minimum 15 candidates. Otherwise the examine shall be required to appear at the centres fixed by Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan (Deemed University).
4. Kindly fill the form correctly and carefully within time. Late receipted forms shall be rejected straightaway.
5. Do not send any examination fee other than entrance test fee.
6. List of Selected candidates will be displayed on Sansthan Web.site.
7. Please paste three latest photographs (with date) on all the three copies of the application form.
8. Please fill the University examination centre carefully.
Important Notice :
(1) The C.V.V.E.T. will be conducted on the prescribed centre as per rule.
(2) Last date for the submission of application form is 5/7/14
(3) Once again pay attention – A and B form is for Controller of examination Rashtriya Sanskrit Sansthan H.Q. New Delhi. C form will be shown by the candidate at the time of examination admission.
(4) Application cum exam fee is Rs. 600/- by cash Rs.650/- by draft.
(5) Exam. centre will be allotted only on more than 15 students.
