How to Participate:

2.After you receive a call from MTR :-
** Send an empty pack of MTR Masala only. No other pack apart from MTR masalas will be accepted as a valid entry.
** Provide your complete name, contact number and complete postal address with pincode.
** Complete the slogan-“ I love MTR masalas because ———“
3.Courier the above details to: MTR Masala Lakshadhakari Contest No. 502/37, 1st Floor, 1st Main Road, 8th Block, Jayanagar Bangalore – 560070
4.The Contest is valid only in India and is open from 12 am starting 9th June 2014 till 12 am of 9th August 2014

Terms and Conditions:
** These terms and conditions apply to the contest launched by MTR foods Pvt. Ltd (“MTR”) called “MTR Lakshadhikari Contest” (“Contest”).
** The viewers/consumers desirous of participating in the contest (hereinafter referred to as “Participant” or “Participants”) shall give a missed call to MTR toll free number at 1800-200-8363 between 12 am of 9th June 2014 till 12 a.m of 9th August 2014 from his/her mobile number ONLY
** The Participant shall receive a call back from MTR managed IVR /OBD number in pursuance to which the Participant/s are required to :-
** Furnish an Empty pouch of MTR Masala only. No other pack apart from MTR masalas will be accepted as a valid entry.
** Provide his/her complete contact details (name, contact number and complete postal address including pin code).
** Complete the slogan-” I love MTR masalas because ——————–
** The above details need to be couriered /posted across to the following address. The Participants shall also receive an SMS confirming the address to which the details need to be forwarded. ** Participants may kindly note that the Participants shall be disqualified in the event they fail to furnish ALL the details sought for as above or in the event the details provided are incomplete or found to be false
** The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
** The Contest details shall be aired in Regional Telugu Channels and advertised through posters, banners etc. between 9th June 2014 and 9th August 2014
** The Contest is valid only in India and is open from 12 am starting 9th June 2014 till 12 a.m of 9th August 2014.

Winner Selection Terms & Conditions :
** A lucky draw through random selection of entries received will be conducted and winners will be intimated through SMS & Phone Call.
** Each of the 8 winners as selected above shall receive Rs.1,00,000/-( Rupees One Lakh Only) (less applicable TDS as per law) and the said amount shall be received by the Participant vide cheque drawn in the name of the Participant and delivered to his/her address as furnished above
** The winners need to mandatorily furnish his/her Proof of Address and Pan Card for validation. In the absence of a PAN card the participant shall send a self attested declaration mentioning that he/she doesn’t have a PAN Card.
** No MTR Employee and its relative, friends and any business associate will be eligible to participate in the contest.
** The winner will be intimated of his win from the following phone no. 080-439XXX26.
** Besides the 8 winners as selected above, another 10,000 Participants, randomly selected out of the entries received shall be eligible to receive MTR surprise Gift Hampers.
** By participating in this contest the Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these terms and Conditions mentioned herein and also available on www.mtrfoods.com/masalacontest
** The Participants also agree that the decision of MTR is final and binding as regards the terms of the Contest including, but not limited to selection of Participants and Winners.
** MTR reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Contest, at any time at its sole discretion without assigning any reason. All decisions of MTR in respect of the Contest and the prizes therein will be final and binding on all the Participants.

Contacting Winners & Receipt of Prizes :
** Once the Winners are decided, the winners shall receive a call on the contact number furnished to MTR
** In the event the Winner’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two (2) more attempts will be made to reach the Winner on that day and/or the next day. If even on the third attempt, the Winner does not attend the call, or is unreachable, then in such an event the Winner shall become ineligible to receive any prize
** The prizes shall be dispatched to the Winners through courier once the above formalities are successfully completed. The same shall be delivered to the Winner only against the signed acknowledgement
** No prize will be awarded if the information presented by the Participant(s) at the time of entering the Contest is not factually correct
** The cheque will be drawn in the name of the Participant ONLY. The same shall be handed over to Winner or an authorized family member of the Winner (in the event the Winner is not available at the designated address). If the Winner is not available at the given address, the courier shall make 2 more attempts on the next day to deliver the prize. If still unsuccessful, the courier shall make no further attempts to deliver the prize
** Proof of Delivery will be considered as the final delivery confirmation
** The Winner shall thereafter be responsible to pick-up the cheque from MTR Office in Bangalore thereafter within one month from the date of informing him by SMS on the mobile from which missed call was received
** The Winner agrees to bear all costs and expenses in relation to collection of prize from the MTR office.
** If the Winner fails to pick up the prize within a 1 month of informing him / her, the prize/s shall stand forfeited and the Winner shall have no further claims regarding the same

Publicity :
** The Participant/s shall not have any objection to MTR publicizing the Contest through various media including newspapers, radio, television news channels, internet, point of sale materials, etc., and the Participant/s shall not raise any objection, protest or demur to such coverage. The Winners shall at the request of MTR, participate in all promotional The Winners shall at the request of MTR, participate in all promotional prize, free of charge, and they consent to MTR using their name and image in promotional materials
** All right, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the promotional material(s) and in any and all responses received shall vest solely and exclusively with MTR at all times.
** MTR or any person or entity permitted by MTR in this regard shall be entitled to use the responses received or any information in connection with the Contest in any media for future promotional, marketing, publicity and any other purpose, without any permission and or payment to the Participants.
** All materials submitted in connection with the Contest (whether written, audio, electronic or visual form, or a combination of those) or any photographs, video, and/or film footage and/or audio recording taken of the Contest are the sole and exclusive property of MTR and MTR has the sole title to it.

General Conditions :
** Each Participant represents and warrants that he/she is legally competent to participate in the Contest. By taking part and/or entering into the Contest the Participant warrants that all information provided by Participant regarding Participant’s name, age, state, city, address, phone number, etc., is true, correct, accurate and complete.
** The decision of MTR or its Agency, as regards the selection of winners and distribution of the prizes shall be final and binding on the participants. No further correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained. Prize will be distributed post TDS Deduction as per the provisions of the Income Tax Act, 1961 and the Rules made thereunder
** MTR accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, loss of SMS, loss of internet, connectivity, unique codes, documents, demand drafts, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, unauthorized data hacking, deletion, theft, destruction, virus attack, transmission interruption, communications failure, hardware failure or otherwise. MTR shall not be liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred.
** All disputes regarding the Contest and its terms and conditions are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction
