Bhu-Abhilekh :
1 : Bhu-Abhilekh (The Land Record Information System) is a “G2G” and “G2C” application software designed and developed for the office of the Commissioner, Land Records & Settlement, Department of Revenue, Government of Madhya Pradesh, to deliver excellent grass root governance within the domain of Land Management.
2 : Bhu-Abhilekh Ver 4R2 is fully operational in terms of on demand distribution of Record of Rights (ROR) and mutation in all 342 Tehsils. Citizens can get a signed computerized copy of ROR across the tehsil counter after payment of nominal fee. Various other Reports/Queries/Logs are also available. State of Madhya Pradesh has prepared a largest database of Land records in the country comprising of 37 million Khasra (Plot/Survey) numbers & 12 million Landowners.
3 : Bhu-Naksha (The Parcel Map Management) is an application to cater all basic necessities of Patwari with regard to parcel map management. Bhu-Naksha is to facilitate end to end solution for cadastral mapping starting from digital verification of raster and vector data of cadastral maps, its integration with Records of Rights (RoR) and services such as Parcel map printouts, mutation, updation and various reports covering the requirements of NLRMP project in G2C and G2G domain. Bhu-Naksha incorporates all organization flows and process of Land Revenue System. BHU-NAKSHA is a software tool developed using Open source technology having no additional cost on the proprietary software.
4 : Entire land records (55 thousands villages, 37 million survey numbers) of state and spatial data is made available on BHU-ABHILEKH web site in public domain in the flavor of Unicode (mobile compatible) with the URL www.landrecords.mp.gov.in & www.mpbhuabhilekh.nic.in/bhunakshaweb/. A special mechanism is developed to update website from districts through “Data transmission services”. About 5000 people visit the website everyday and the site has about 50 lakh hits till date.
5 : Progress monitoring system for Modern Record Room, Government Departments properties & Kpildhara (wells / pond), Majra Tola Revenue Record Preparation, Data Export Utility for LR data for Web site Updation, Construction Works Monitoring System, Division/District Grading System, Progress monitoring System for distribution of ROR & B1 and Revenue Collection, File Transfer Module, Progress of Village Map Construction, “RIN Pustika”, Digitized Map Updation Progress etc are also availabe for regular use.

Highlights :
The issuance mechanism of RoR is made available through utility kiosks & Janmitra Kendras. During last F.Y. 55 Lakh RoR were issued which earned 6 Crores of revenue. With this system in place government of MP has discontinued manual issuance of RoR.
