1: The Government of Madhya Pradesh, Department of Revenue has entrusted the Commissioner Land Records & Settlement with the responsibility of creation and maintenance of land records (Cadastral Maps, RoRs & Khasra).
2: As part of its initiatives for converting the current activities of the departments in to an e-System, CLR wishes to outsource the work of “Conversion of Existing Record Rooms to Cyber Record Rooms at 342 Tehsils of Madhya Pradesh” to preserve the original hard copies of the documents.
3: CLR also wishes to outsource the task of scanning, and indexing of all of its documents pertaining to land records, preserving the data in digital image format as well as implementation of a document management system to convert the overall operations of the department including services to public into an effective e-System.

1: Based on the initiation of State Informatics Officer, Madhya Pradesh and Technical Support of NIC(HQ) Land Records Division, New Delhi “BhuNaksha” website was conceptualized, designed and developed in consultation with Commissioner, Land Records & Settlement, Madhya Pradesh. The website is an effective, efficient and transparent system towards G2C (Government to Citizen) for dissemination of Plot maps (Naksha) along with copy of Record of Right(ROR).The website is an effective, efficient and transparent system towards G2C (Government to Citizen) for dissemination of Plot maps (Naksha) along with copy of Record of Right(ROR).
2: The website is presently hosted on a very high end server with 32 GB RAM, Windows 2008 (R2) & SQL 2008. With this development website response drastically has improved and now with the use of Unicode this website can be viewed on any browser and even on Mobile devices.
