Availability of Electronic Admit Cards :
The Electronic Admit Cards can be downloaded (preferably in Colour) from the BOPEE websites jakbopee.org/jakbopee.net from 27th May (after 3 p.m.) to 04th June, 2014. In case of any difficulty, applicants may avail this facility on all working days from 28th May to 04th June, 2014 at the Help Desk of I.T. Section of BOPEE, with prior telephonic appointment, on payment of nominal fee of Rs. 50/ (Rupees fifty only).
Candidates who fail to download their Admit Cards by the due date can also collect their Electronic Admit Cards from Help Desk of I.T Section of BOPEE, Jammu / Srinagar from 05th to 06th June, 2014 on payment of late fee of Rs. 750/- (Rupees Seven hundred and fifty only) in the form of nonrefundable J&K Bank draft drawn in favour of the FA/CAO, BOPEE payable at Jammu/ Srinagar.
Instructions to be followed strictly :
The candidates are advised to go through the Brochure and read carefully all the instructions before appearing for the entrance test. These instructions govern the admission process of Common Entrance Test-2014, so the students must strictly follow all these instructions.
The candidates must check question booklet of each paper before attempting to answer any question and ensure that the question booklet has 75 questions starting from question no 1 to 75. It shall be the sole responsibility of the candidate concerned to report any question booklet having misprint, missing page or question, blank paper, damaged or defaced page to the invigilator who shall be duty bound to replace it with the same series. No complaint in this regard shall be entertained after the conclusion of the test.
Mere possession of the admit card shall not accrue any right to the candidate who is otherwise found ineligible.
The mention of reserved category on the admit card does not mean that the certificate of reserved category of the concerned candidate has been found valid but will be verified at the time of counselling and seat to the concerned candidate will be decided accordingly.
Candidates are advised to go through their Electronic Admit Cards with respect to their details like name, Date of Birth, Application No., Photo etc. In case they find any discrepancy in these details they must immediately report to the BOPEE office Srinagar or Jammu and get the same corrected on spot.
Examination Venue :
The venue, date and time of the Common Entrance Test-2014 is mentioned on the Electronic Admit Card. Candidates are directed to get any one of their valid Photo ID Proofs (like election ID Card / Aadhaar Card, Pan Card, Driving License, photo ID issued by concerned School, passport) along with their Electronic Admit Card for proper identification and permission to enter the Entrance Test venue.
Candidates who have appeared in 12th Class Examination of the J&K Board of School Education/CBSE and whose result has not yet been declared or whose result was declared after the last date of submission of CET 2014 application forms must submit their marks card by or before the date for counselling. Candidates who have not yet submitted their PRC/State Subject must submit the same by or before the date of counselling. All the certificates of applicants in original would be checked at the time of counselling.
