Terms and Conditions :
1. Buy any pack of KELLOGG’s CHOCOS 700g, 375g, KELLOGG’s CHOCOS MOONS & STARS 350g, KELLOGG’s CHOCOS SMACKS 390, or KELLOGG’s CHOCOS DUET 375g, and get a chance to win exciting prizes.
2. To participate in the SECRET RECIPE HUNT (“Contest”), register on the website www.mychocoland.in Kellogg will send a validation e-mail to the parent’s e-mail address seeking Parental approval. Parental approval is a condition precedent in order for the child to be eligible to participate in the Contest.
3. Access to the website will be granted only upon Kellogg receiving a Parental approval allowing their child to participate in the Contest. Upon getting access, the child can log onto the website, play games and solve riddles and find the Secret Recipe to get a chance to visit Singapore (“Grand Prize”) and other exciting Kellogg merchandise.
4. To be eligible to win the Grand Prize, the child must play and complete all 3 (three) games by answering the riddles correctly and also collect maximum number of CHOCOS and get maximum score.
5. The CHOCOS collected can be redeemed at the Redemption corner given on the website to get exciting merchandise like caps, t-shirts, whistles etc. Once the child places an order to redeem the desired merchandise, an e-mail will be sent to the parent’s e-mail address seeking their confirmation and address details to which the merchandise will be delivered.
6. In case of tie, winner(s) will be selected through a lucky draw conducted by Kellogg India. Kellogg India’s decision will be final and binding in this regard.
7. The Contest is valid from 10th March 2014 upto 31st May 2014. Contest Winners will be announced in the month of June 2014.
8. Top 4 (four) winners stand a chance to visit Singapore with their parent (either father or mother) for 2 Nights, 3 Days stay in Singapore.
9. The Grand Prize includes India – Singapore return airline tickets, hotel accommodation on twin-sharing basis in Singapore. This excludes all other expenses including but not limited to local sight-seeing, transportation, meals, visa fees, and insurance.
10. Travel to Singapore must be undertaken between 1st June 2014 and 30th September 2014. If for any reason, the Winner(s) and their parent cannot travel during the stipulated time period, Kellogg shall not be liable to extend the travel dates or compensate the Winner(s) in any manner whatsoever.
11. Winner(s) and accompanying parent must have valid travel documents to undertake the travel. Kellogg is not responsible for rejection of visa on account of incorrect travel documents. Winner(s) and their accompanying parent must exercise their own discretion for undertaking the travel. All risks and costs associated with the travel will be borne by the accompanying parent.
12. Kellogg India is not responsible for cancellation of flights. If the Winner(s) and their accompanying parent are unable to board the flights on the scheduled travel date for any reason whatsoever, Kellogg India is not under any obligation to postpone or replace the airline tickets for any other date.
13. This offer is non-encashable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or for anything of value.
14. Kellogg India reserves the rights to withdraw or alter the terms of the offer without prior notice.
15. Kellogg does not guarantee and assumes no liability for the quality or merchantability of the merchandise or any deficiencies in services of airline/hotel service providers. Any dispute regarding defective goods, deficient or unsatisfactory facilities/service must be addressed directly with the manufacturer or airline/hotel service provider as the case may be. Kellogg India Private Limited shall not entertain any complaints or queries in this regard.
16. Merchandise shown on the website are shown for illustration purposes only. Actual merchandise may vary.
17. Regular packs of KELLOGG’s CHOCOS 700g, 375g, KELLOGG’s CHOCOS MOONS & STARS 350g, KELLOGG’s CHOCOS SMACKS 390g, or KELLOGG’s CHOCOS DUET 375g, are also available without this offer.
18. Employees, relatives of Kellogg and its partner agencies & vendors are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
19. Decision of Kellogg India management is final and binding. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai.
