Through Call Centre:

b. Give your RNR number to Call Centre Assistant
c. Call Centre assistant will search for your application and inform you the status
d. You can request Call Centre Assistant to send email on your behalf to officer concerned. You need to dictate message to assistant. (Service to be launched)
About C2G Interface:
In an effort to improve response levels among officials and to allow the citizens to interact with Government and raise their issues in convenient and transparent manner, the Government has decided to set up this Central C2G Interface.
The redesigned system would be easy to access and user friendly as well. With the application being available on Internet, citizens and officers can exchange from anywhere and round the clock. Citizen can view the status of their issues through Internet, Call Centre and SMS.

FORM-16A WAS NOT SENT FOR INCOME TAX DEDUCTED FROM MY PENSION AS TDS FOR THE FOLLWING YEARS

Claiming of refund of IT is held up of above amounts deducted is held up for want of 16-A to be issued by STO VIZAG asI have already deposited Rs.1.0 Lakh under 80(c) and eligible for refund of full amount deducted by STO. It is also not known as to what is to be done to avoid TDS by STO from pension when savings are made under 80(c)of IT rules.

I REQUEST THAT FORM 16-A IS SIMULTANEOUSLY GRANTED BY THE TREASURY OFFICER VISAKHAPATNAM IMMEDIATELY AFTER DEDUCTING INCOME TAX FROM OUR PENSION PAYMENTS AS T.D.S AS THE SAME ARE YET TO BE GRANTED FOR THE FINANCIAL YEARS 2011-12 AND 2012-13 AMOUNTING TO RS. 1410 AND 4560/- RESPECTIVELY. CLAIMING OF REFUND FROM INCOMETAX DEPT AS HUGE AMOUNTS ARE HELD UP. KINDLY ARRANGE AT LEAST FROM NOW ONWARDS TO MITIGATE THE HARDSHIP IN THIS REGARD
