SHORT LISTED CANDIDATES FOR APPEARING WRITTEN TEST ON 17/11/2013 FOR THE POST OF WORKMEN(ITI)

To get Admit card first search your form number by Name as on Form or Mobile Number or DOB.
Exam card will be printed better on legal page only.

** You are provisionally permitted to appear for Written Test on above mentioned date & Time.
** Admit Card will be verified and signed by the invigilator during the test.
** The Invigilator will collect the lower Part of the Admit Card while the upper Part will be handed over to You.
** Please see below for Rules and instructions.

Dear Candidate ,
** Written test will be held on 17/11/2013 at the Venue mentioned in the Admit Card.
** You must bring this Admit Card duly completed along with ball Point Pen, HB Pencils, Eraser and Sharpener to the test Centre.
** You should reach the test centre/ venue at the reporting time mentioned overleaf, Late comers will not be permitted to appear in the Test.
** Written test will be of objective type only on General knowledge, English, Hindi and Quantitative aptitude.
** Candidates are not allowed to carry any papers, notes books, calculator or mobile phone, etc, in the Test Center Campus. Any candidate found using or in possession of such unauthorized material or indulging in copying or adopting unfair means is liable to be summarily disqualified.
** The duration of the written Test is 120 Minutes.
** The candidate applying for the examination should ensure that he/she fulfills the eligibility conditions for admission to the examination. The admission at all stages of the examination for which he/she is admitted viz. Written Test will be purely provisional, subject to he/she satisfying the eligibility conditions. If on verification at any time during process of selection, it is found that the candidate does not fulfill the eligibility conditions, his/her candidature for the examination shall stand cancelled without any notice or further reference.
** Request for change of test Centre/ Venue will not be entertained.
** In the event of your being short listed you will have to appear for Interview, for that separate communication will be send in due course.
** Candidate have to keep the upper part of the admit card with him/her after it is signed by the Invigilator and bring the same along with him/her while appearing for the interview, if short-listed.
** Travelling and other expenses will be borne by the candidate himself/herself. However second class Railway fare from the nearest Railway Station or Bus fare shall be reimbursed in case of SC/ST candidates coming from a distance of more than 30 KMs. They have to claim for reimbursement separately & form shall be provided at test centre.
** Any attempt to influence will lead to disqualification of candidature.
** Discrepancies, if any, regarding the candidate’s particulars in the admit card should be reported by email to abhishek.srivastav@spmcil.com & atul.tomar@spmcil.com in at least seven days before the written test.
