Idea Lakhpati Contest 2014 :
1 : IDEA Cellular Ltd offers “IDEA LAKHPATI CONTEST” subject to the following Terms and Conditions mentioned below (hereinafter referred as “Terms” for the sake of brevity).

2 : This offer is open to the active prepaid subscriber(s) of idea cellular limited to participate in the offer. Prepaid subscriber/s is/ are advised to ascertain the eligibility criteria before participating in the offer.

3 : This offer “IDEA LAKHPATI CONTEST” (hereinafter referred to as “Offer” for the sake of brevity) is organized by IDEA CELLULAR LIMITED, a Limited Company incorporated in India under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 having its registered office at Suman Tower, Plot No. 18, Sector – 11, Gandhinagar – 382 011, its Corporate Office at 5th Floor, Windsor, Off CST Road, Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai- 400098 and through its Andhra Pradesh Circle office IDEA Cellular Ltd, 3rd Floor, KLK Estates, Fateh Maidan Road, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad – 500 001, (hereinafter referred to as “IDEA”).

Eligibility Criteria For Participating In The Offer :
1. The “IDEA LAKHPATI CONTEST” is a limited period offer.
2. The Offer will be open from (00 :00 hrs of 20th May, 2014 and valid up to 23:59 hrs of 30th June, 2014) hereafter (both days are inclusive), hereinafter referred to as “Offer Period” for the sake of brevity. The participant(s)/ Prepaid Subscriber(s) is/ are also hereby advised to login into http://www.ideacellular.com/idea/promotions to ascertain the offer period under various segments from time to time.
3. The Offer is open for participation of the active Prepaid Subscriber(s) of Idea Cellular Limited in Andhra Pradesh Telecom Circle.

Participation Process :
1. The participant/ Subscriber shall verify the offers available to his/ her mobile connection by dialing the number 12111 from his/ her mobile handset connection during the offer period.
2. The participant/ Subscriber shall conduct the recharge/ top up to his/ her mobile connection with any one of the offers listed out by IDEA (as per clause 4.1 above) on the same day i.e. on or before 23 :59 hours from the date of verification of the offers available to his/ her mobile connection.

Gifts/ Benefits :
The benefits (Gifts) given out under the Offer will be under two separate categories specified as follows :
1. Assured benefits/ Instant Gifts : One of the benefits listed below shall be provided to all Participants/ Subscribers who had/ have conducted the recharge/ top up to his/ her mobile connection by following the process as defined in clause 4.1 & 4.2 above.
2. Every Subscriber/ Participant who has/ had recharged his/ her mobile connection by following the process as defined in clause 4.1 & 4.2 above is/ are entitled for one of the assured gift i.e. IDEA Local minutes between 5 (Five) minutes to 20 (Twenty) minutes with a validity period of 3 days or IDEA talk time between Rs.3 (Three) to Rs.20 (Twenty) with a validity of lifetime. The Assured benefit/ Instant Gift will be selected through a system generated random selection process.
3. One Assured benefit/ Instant Gift will be provided to the Participant/ Subscriber within Twenty Four (24) hours from the date and time of recharge/ top up made to his/ her mobile connection.
4. Bumper Benefit/ Gift : In addition to the Assured Benefit/ Instant Gift (as per clause 5.1 above), six (6) Participant(s)/ Subscriber(s) will be eligible to win a cash prize of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) each during the entire offer period. The Bumper Benefit/ Gift will be awarded to the eligible Participant(s)/ Subscriber(s) at the end of the Offer Period on a date convenient to Idea Cellular Limited.
5.Hereinafter the clause 5 and sub clauses there under shall be together referred to as “Gifts/ Prizes” for the sake of brevity.
6. This Offer is open for participation only for the Prepaid Subscribers of IDEA Cellular Limited in Andhra Pradesh Telecom Circle selected as per clauses above. The Offer is not applicable to Postpaid Subscribers (A.P. Telecom circle), Roaming Pre-paid/ Post-paid Subscriber(s) (Pre-paid/ Postpaid Subscriber(s) who are visiting Andhra Pradesh Telecom Circle from other Telecom Circles and who do not belong to Andhra Pradesh Telecom Circle); Pre-paid Subscribers belonging to Andhra Pradesh Telecom Circle on roaming can, however, participate in the offer.

7. This Offer is valid only for category of active Pre-paid Subscribers and who fulfill the following criteria :
(Participant or Pre-paid Subscriber where ever used in the terms and conditions shall mean and refer to “Subscriber/ Participant/ You”)
** The participant must submit proof of address and proof identity documents relating to the subscriber connections as per DOT guidelines and as specified by IDEA in time, such that the IDEA can verify the bonafides of subscriber and the documents.
** The participant must be above 18 years of age.
** The participant must be a citizen of India
** The participant must not have been either prosecuted or convicted for commission of any criminal offence;
** The participant must not be suffering from any legal disability e.g. insolvency, restraint by Court Order etc.

8: The Subscriber/Participant understands that there shall be incidence of tax on him /her as per the applicable laws upon the winning of Gifts/ Prizes under the said offer and he/ she is willing incur such liability of tax, in the event he/she is claiming the gifts offered under the said offer. And in the event he/she is not willing to incur the tax liability for the gifts won under the offer, the gifts won by such subscriber/Participant shall be forfeited by IDEA.

Winner Selection :
** Assured benefits/ Instant Gifts : One of the benefits listed below will be provided to all Participants/ Subscribers who have/ had conducted the recharge/ top up to his/ her mobile connection by following the process as defined in clause 4.1 & 4.2 above.
** Every Subscriber/ Participant who has/ had recharged his/ her mobile connection by following the process as defined in clause 4.1 & 4.2 above is/ are entitled for one of the assured gift i.e. IDEA local minutes between 5 (Five) minutes to 20 (Twenty) minutes with a validity period of 3 (three) days or IDEA talk time between Rs.3 (Three) to Rs.20 (Twenty) with a validity of lifetime period. The Assured benefit/ Instant Gift will be selected through a system generated random selection process.
** The Assured benefit/ Instant Gift will be provided to the Participant/ Subscriber within Twenty Four (24) hours from the date and time of recharge/ top up made to his/ her mobile connection.
** The Assured benefit/ Instant Gift will be an ongoing offer during the entire Offer Period. A Participant/Subscriber/ Customer may be allowed to win multiple Assured benefits/ Instant Gifts (on the same day) as long as the Participant/ Subscriber/ Customer follows the same/ similar process for every recharge/ top up made to his/ her mobile connection (as defined under clause 4.1 & 4.2 above).
** Bumper Benefit/ Gift : In addition to the Assured Benefit/ Instant Gift (as per clause 5.1 above), six (6) Participant(s)/ Subscriber(s) will be eligible to win a cash prize of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) each during the entire offer period.
** The said Six (6) participant(s)/ Subscriber(s) shall be shortlisted as per the following process :
** IDEA shall choose/ shortlist 10 (Ten) lucky participant(s)/ Subscriber(s) for each Bumper Benefit/ Gift based on the Participant/ Subscriber base (as above) through a system generated random selection process using MS Excel command (in the presence of a Chartered Accountant) as follows.

Exclusions :
** All Idea Cellular employees and their associates/vendors of any kind (including Idea Prepaid dealerships) are not eligible to participate in this offer.
** A participant / Subscriber/ Customer is/ are not eligible to win more than one Bumper Prize during the offer period.
** The participant/ Subscriber who had not conducted the recharge/ top up to his/ her mobile connection with any one of the offers listed out by IDEA (as per clause 4.1 above) on the same day i.e. on or before 23 :59 hours from the date of verification of the offers available to his/ her mobile connection is not entitled to participate in the contest and not entitled for any of the Gifts/ Benefits.
** The participant/ Subscriber who had recharged his/ her mobile connection without verifying the applicable offers (as per clause 4.1 above) to his/her mobile connections in such event, the participant/ Subscriber is not entitled to participate in the contest and not entitled for any of the Gifts/Benefits.
