“The Charcoal Project National Scholarship” will be offered to three selected candidates, one each in Pearl Academy’s campus at Mumbai, Noida and Jaipur.

The scholarship covers tuition fees for the entire duration of the course.

The scholarship amount is guaranteed for the first year. The continuance of scholarship for subsequent years will depend on the student meeting academic and attendance performance standard laid down by Pearl Academy.

In addition to the above scholarship, one runner up in each campus from the selection procedure, will also be given an opportunity for a full expense paid trip to attend ‘Artfest’ in College of art and design at Santa Fe, USA. The scholarship would cover entire expenses – tuition fees, boarding, lodging and airfare (economy). Artfest is a three-week long festival where artists, designers and students from more than 40 countries participate. Click here to know more about Artfest.

Selection Process :
Interested students should submit their work via email.
All submissions will be reviewed by a jury comprising of experts and faculty from Pearl Academy.
Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed personally by Sussanne Roshan along with the jury panel from Pearl Academy for final selection.

Who can apply?
Students who have completed 10+2 or Graduates in any discipline.

Based on the above theme, submit your work in the form of a photograph / painting / sketch / PowerPoint / poster / movie / animation / photo of an installation, product or a garment using any medium, paints, crafts, photography, art compilations, sculptures, recycled wastes, videography, or a mixture of the above.

Support your work with a 200 word write up.

Also share a 200 word SOP (statement of purpose) explaining why you should be given ‘The Charcoal Project National Scholarship’ and how will you contribute to the world of design once you get it.
