Online application from the eligible candidates are invited for filling up 32 vacant posts of Clerk on the prescribed application form available on University Website alongwith downloadable prescribed qualifications and instructions/ conditions with a provision of online payment of application processing fee of 800/- ( 200/- for SC/BCA/BCB/SBC/ EBPGC of Haryana). Persons with disability belonging to Haryana state shall be exempted from payment of application processing fee. The women candidates of Haryana shall also be granted 50% concession in application processing fee (Rs.400/-). In addition candidates of all categories will also have to bear the actual bank charges. Incomplete applications and the applications not received on the prescribed proforma or received after due date will not be considered. In-service candidates should apply through proper channel, however, they must submit an advance copy online on or before the last date of application. Benefit of reservation will be admissible only to those SC/BC/SBC/PWD/ ESM/EBPGC/Sports candidates who are domiciles of Haryana State.

Qualifications :
i) Graduation with 50% marks (45% marks for SC and PWD) from any recognized University and equivalent.
ii) Knowledge of Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric standard.
iii) Hindi or English typing at a speed of 30 WPM in each on computer with commonly used word processing software.

Special Instructions :
1-The applicant must possess prescribed qualifications on the last date of receipt of applications. If a candidate is found ineligible at a later stage, his candidature will be rejected. The prescribed essential qualifications will not entitle a candidate to be called for interview. A written test consisting of objective multiple choice questions based on General English of Graduation level; Hindi and Mathematics of Matriculation level and General Knowledge will be conducted. Thereafter a précis writing test will be conducted for candidates. Not more than 10 times candidates, of the vacancies will be called for computer proficiency test on merit basis after the written tests. The decision of the University in all matters relating to acceptance or rejection of an application, eligibility/suitability of the candidates, mode of and criteria for selection etc. will be final and binding on the candidates. No inquiry or correspondence will be entertained in this regard. General instructions
2- The candidate should give details of all the examinations passed from Matriculation or its equivalents onwards and mention total and percentage of marks obtained and maximum marks in each examination. The candidates, who have obtained degrees or Diploma or Certificates for the various courses from any institution declared fake by the University Grants Commission and other institutions/agencies, shall not be eligible for being considered for recruitment to the post advertised.
3- No concession of fee is admissible to SC/BCA/BCB/EBPGC/Persons with disabilities and women candidates of other States.
4- Candidates already in service must apply through proper channel or produce “No Objection Certificate” otherwise they will not be allowed to appear in interview. They may, however, apply online (as an advance copy) alongwith prescribed application processing fee.
5- Applications which are incomplete/not on prescribed application form of LUVAS/ received late will not be considered. The University shall not be responsible for any delay/lapse.
6- The number of posts indicated in the advertisement can vary. The University also reserves the right to withdraw one or more of the post(s) advertised.
7- Besides pay, as per scale mentioned in the advertisement, ADA, HRA, Medical Allowance etc. are admissible as per University rules adopted from time to time.
8- For the post minimum age limit is 18 years. Upper age limit is 40 years, relaxable upto five years in respect of Scheduled Castes and Backward classes, widow women/divorcee/legally separated women/unmarried women candidate. Upper age limit for persons with disabilities is relaxable by 10 years (15 years for persons with disabilities of SC/BCs). Ex-serviceman can be recruited upto the age of 40 years plus continuous military service added by three years.
9- No TA/DA shall be paid by the LUVAS for any test/interview.
