Jet Set Go-3 Audition 2014 :
For the sake of clarity Audition Round for Shortlisted Participants includes the following

In Mumbai :
Meals : 4 meals for the 30 Shortlisted Participants including his/her immediate family members i.e., breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner service on 18th May, 2014 (applicable as per their travel schedule to Mumbai from their residence city) and breakfast on 19th May, 2014 (as applicable as per their travel schedule to Mumbai from their residence city) in Mumbai and (b) accommodation at a 3 (three) star hotel located in Mumbai on 18th May, 2014. For the avoidance of doubt, the hotel shall be chosen at the sole discretion of TWDCI only (not applicable to any Prize Winner(s) from the city of Mumbai).

These dates are tentative and subject to change.

Travel : Shortlisted Participant and his/her immediate family members shall be provided return travel arrangements from their place of residence for the Audition to be held in the city of Mumbai. For sake of abundant clarity, no travel or accommodation arrangements shall be provided to the Shortlisted Participant’s by TWDCI who are selected from the city of Mumbai. Shortlisted Participant’s not residing in Mumbai but located 300 kms. away from the city of Mumbai, shall be provided travel arrangements by train or road and accommodation (if required) at the sole discretion of TWDCI.

Grand Prize :
For the sake of clarity, the Grand Prize consists of (i) a Trip to either of Hong Kong Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Disneyland Resort California, Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida, and the Disney Cruise liner (Bahamian cruise leaving from Port Canaveral in Florida), entitled only for the Grand Prize Winners and their immediate family members i.e. spouse and siblings (totally upto 4 family members for each Winner family) and (ii) given an opportunity to share their individual magical experience in the Disney Park/ Cruise line and appear as a host of an episode of duration 30 (thirty) minutes which shall filmed by TWDCI to use, promote, exploit, license the same in any manner, media, medium, mode, platforms, all or any portion thereof for unlimited number of times, in perpetuity.

VISA Interviews :
TWDCI will appoint a travel partner to facilitate the VISA process for all the destinations. The Grand Prize Winners might have to travel to Mumbai/Delhi for VISA interviews as per the schedule which will be provided in advance by TWDCI/appointed travel agent. The schedule will be chosen at the sole discretion of TWDCI and no changes can be entertained.

In Mumbai/Delhi :
(i) Meals : 4 meals for the 5 Grand Prize Winners including his/her immediate family members i.e. dinner service on the day prior to the VISA interview , breakfast, lunch and dinner service on the day of the VISA interview in Mumbai/Delhi and (b) accommodation at a 3 (three) star hotel located in Mumbai/Delhi on the day prior and on the day of the VISA interview (accommodation will be decided basis the schedule of the VISA interview and may/may not include all the aspects mentioned above) . For the avoidance of doubt, the hotel shall be chosen at the sole discretion of TWDCI only (not applicable to any Grand Prize Winner(s) from the city of Mumbai/Delhi).

(ii) Travel : Round trip flight tickets in economy class for the Grand Prize Winner(s) and his/her immediate family from his/her city of residence in India, prior to VISA interviews (Note: not applicable to any Grand Prize Winner(s) selected from Mumbai/Delhi). For sake of abundant clarity, please note that the Grand Prize Winner(s) and his/her immediate family members shall be provided travel arrangements from the Prize Winner’s city of residence only by TWDCI. No travel or accommodation arrangements shall be provided to Grand Prize Winners by TWDCI who are selected from the city of Mumbai/Delhi. The Grand Prize Winners not residing in Mumbai/Delhi but located 300 kms, away from the city of Mumbai/Delhi, shall be provided travel arrangements by train or road and accommodation (if required) at the sole discretion of TWDCI.

Grand Prize International Travel :
In Mumbai :
(iii) Meals : 4 meals for the 5 Grand Prize Winners including his/her immediate family members i.e. Breakfast, lunch tea and dinner service on the day prior to the international travel , breakfast, lunch, tea and dinner service on the day of the international travel in Mumbai and (b) accommodation at a 3 (three) star hotel located in Mumbai on the day prior and on the day of the international travel . For the avoidance of doubt, the hotel shall be chosen at the sole discretion of TWDCI only (not applicable to any Grand Prize Winner(s) from the city of Mumbai).

(iv) Travel : Round trip flight tickets in economy class for the Grand Prize Winner(s) and his/her immediate family from his/her city of residence in India, prior to leaving for the designated Disney Park or Disney Cruise Line (Note: not applicable to any Grand Prize Winner(s) selected from Mumbai). For sake of abundant clarity, please note that the Grand Prize Winner(s) and his/her immediate family members shall be provided travel arrangements from the Prize Winner’s city of residence only by TWDCI. No travel or accommodation arrangements shall be provided to Grand Prize Winners by TWDCI who are selected from the city of Mumbai as mentioned in this paragraph (a) (ii) until departure from the Mumbai Airport to the designated Disney Park or Disney Cruise Line. The Grand Prize Winners not residing in Mumbai but located 300 kms, away from the city of Mumbai, shall be provided travel arrangements by train or road and accommodation (if required) at the sole discretion of TWDCI.
(v) The grand prize trip Departure from Mumbai to Hong Kong Disneyland, Disneyland Paris, Disneyland Resort California, Walt Disney World Orlando and Disney Cruise Line is tentatively scheduled as per the following dates (These dates are tentative and subject to change)

Disneyland Hongkong :
(i) Departure from Mumbai on 16th June, 2014 to Hong Kong Disneyland and return journey from Hong Kong Disneyland to Mumbai on 20th June, 2014
(ii) Round trip ground transfers between Hong Kong International Airport and the Hong Kong Disneyland theme park;
(iii) Accommodation in Hong Kong Disneyland for 4 nights (16th, 17th, 18th and 19th June, 2014) : for the Prize Winners and his/her accompanying immediate family members in the Hong Kong Disneyland theme park during the trip. For avoidance of doubt the hotel and accommodation arrangements at Hong Kong shall be chosen solely on the discretion of TWDCI;
(iv) Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner for all days of stay in Hong Kong Disneyland
(iv) Entry ticket to the Hong Kong Disneyland theme park for the Prize Winner(s) and his/her immediate family members for all days of the Trip;

Disneyland PARIS :
(i) Departure from Mumbai on 7th July, 2014 to Disneyland Paris and return journey from Disneyland Paris to Mumbai on 11th July, 2014
(ii) Round trip ground transfers between Paris International Airport and the Disneyland Paris theme park;
(iii) Accommodation in Disneyland Paris for 4 nights (7th, 8th, 9th and 10th July, 2014) : for the Prize Winners and his/her accompanying immediate family members in the Disneyland Paris theme park during the trip. For avoidance of doubt the hotel and accommodation arrangements at Paris shall be chosen solely on the discretion of TWDCI;
(iv) Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks & dinner for all days of stay in Disneyland Paris
(v) Entry ticket to the Disneyland Paris theme park for the Prize Winner(s) and his/her immediate family members for all days of the Trip;

Disneyland Resort, California :
(i) Departure from Mumbai on 30th June, 2014 to Disneyland Resort California and return journey from Disneyland Resort California to Mumbai on 5th July, 2014
(ii) Round trip ground transfers between California International Airport and the Disneyland Resort California theme park;
(iii) Accommodation in Disneyland Resort California for 4 nights (1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th July, 2014) : for the Prize Winners and his/her accompanying immediate family members in the Disneyland Resort California theme park during the trip. For avoidance of doubt the hotel and accommodation arrangements at California shall be chosen solely on the discretion of TWDCI;
(iv) Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks & dinner for all days of stay in Disneyland Resort California
(v) Disneyland® Resort 5-Day Park Hopper® Tickets (subject to restrictions) for the Prize Winner(s) and his/her immediate family members for all days of the Trip;

Walt Disney World, Orlando :
(vi) Departure from Mumbai on 7th July, 2014 to Walt Disney World Orlando and return journey from Walt Disney World Orlando to Mumbai on 12th July, 2014
(vii) Round trip ground transfers between Orlando International Airport and the Walt Disney World Orlando theme park;
(viii) Accommodation in Walt Disney World Orlando for 4 nights (8th, 9th, 10th and 11th July, 2014) : for the Prize Winners and his/her accompanying immediate family members in the Walt Disney World Orlando theme park during the trip. For avoidance of doubt the hotel and accommodation arrangements at Orlando shall be chosen solely on the discretion of TWDCI;
(ix) Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks & dinner for all days of stay in Walt Disney World Orlando
(x) 5-Day Magic Your Way Tickets with Park Hopper® Option for the Prize Winner(s) and his/her immediate family members for all days of the Trip.

Disney Cruise Line :
(i) Departure from Mumbai on 11th July, 2014 to Walt Disney World Orlando, departure from Walt Disney Orlando to Disney Cruise Line (docking port – Port Canaveral, Florida) on 13th July, 2014 and return journey from Disney Cruise Line (docking port – Port Canaveral, Florida) to Mumbai on 17th July, 2014
(ii) Round trip ground transfers between Orlando International Airport, Walt Disney World Orlando theme park hotel and Disney Cruise Line;
(iii) Accommodation in Walt Disney World Orlando for 1 night (12th July) and 4 night Bahamian cruise (13th, 14th, 15th, 16th July) on Disney Dream (Disney Cruise Line) for the Prize Winners and his/her accompanying immediate family members. For avoidance of doubt the hotel and accommodation arrangements at Orlando and Disney Cruise Line shall be chosen solely on the discretion of TWDCI;
(iv) Breakfast, lunch, evening snacks & dinner for all days of stay on the Disney Cruise Line and one day stay at Walt Disney World Orlando theme park.
(v) Entry documents to board the Disney Cruise Line for the Prize Winner(s) and his/her immediate family members for all days of the Trip
(vi) The Grand Prize trip for all Disney Parks & Disney Cruise Line may not be sold, traded, transferred, rescheduled or refunded nor redeemable for cash.

Terms & Conditions :
1 : TWDCI shall provide the Grand Prize trip to the Grand Prize Winner and his/her family members only if the Grand Prize Winner and his/her family members hold a valid passport with a minimum of 6 months validity from the trip date and any other document(s) as required by the VISA authorities of the respective trip destinations.. In the event, the Prize Winner(s) and his/her family members are unable to get necessary VISAs and permissions to avail the Grand Prize trip, then TWDCI shall not be liable to provide any facilities of the Grand Prize trip contained herein and/or an alternative facility/prize to the Grand Prize Winner and his/her family members. In such an event, TWDCI shall be entitled to select the next Grand Prize Winner at its sole discretion.
2 :The Grand Prize Winners and his/her immediate family selected form the Contest will be required to obtain adequate national and international medical and health insurance policies from registered and authorized Insurance companies (at their own cost and expense), to avail the Grand Prize, the Grand Prize Winners and his/her immediate family and shall be mandatorily required to provide copies/ evidence of the same to TWDCI prior to availing the Grand Prize. In the event the insurance coverage amounts and grounds of insurance mentioned in the said insurance policies of the Grand Prize Winners are not adequate and does not adequately cover conditions of diseases, physical and mental illness, injuries, and death of the Grand Prize Winners and their families travelling overseas, TWDCI may at the sole discretion instruct the Grand Prize Winners and their families travelling to obtain such medical and health insurance policies of adequate coverage at the Grand Prize Winners and their families cost and expense, prior to availing of the Grand Prize and the trip. In the event, the Grand Prize Winners and/or any member of his/her family is unable to obtain adequate health and medical insurance policies to avail the Grand Prize and the trip, TWDCI shall not be liable to provide any facilities of the Grand Prize and/or the Grand Prize contained herein and/or an alternative facility to such person and the Grand Prize Winner and his/her families shall be effectively disqualified from the Contest.
3 :Any and all additional expenses (except as stated herein above) of any nature incurred by the Grand Prize Winner or his/her immediate family member shall be borne by the Grand Prize Winner or his/her family member personally out of their own pockets and TWDCI shall not be obliged to reimburse or bear any kind of expenses, payments, disbursements or reimbursements except as agreed above by TWDCI.
4 : Any and all part of the Grand Prize not redeemed during the period as set hereinabove shall be forfeited.
