Institute of Banking Personnel Selection invites Request for Proposal for Renewal of Medi-claim policy :
1 : We have taken Group Mediclaim (tailor made with family floater) Insurance Policy since YEAR 1999 for extending facility of reimbursement of hospitalisation expenses to our employees and their dependants (i.e. Self, Spouse, Kids, Dependant Parents) for a sum insured of Rs.4,00,000/- and Rs.6,00,000/- per family per year (Separate list will be provided) .
2 : The period of existing policy is from 07-06-2013 to 06-06-2014 and we would like to continue the said policy without break for further period of one year from 07-06-2014 to 06-06-2015.
3 : Interested parties may obtain the documents related to list of members to be covered, scope of coverage, terms and conditions etc. from our office from 09/05/2014 to 22/05/2014 (except Saturdays, Sundays & holidays) during working hours between 10:00 AM to 05:30 PM on submission of written application to the above.
