INSTRUCTIONS :
1. Report to the Centre Supervisor 45 minutes before the start of examination.
2. Bring this Admission Certificate for admission. No other paper except Admission Certificate should be brought to the Examination Hall.
3. No Admission shall be given after the start of examination.
4. Do not leave the Exam. Hall before completion of the Examination.
5. Possession shall entail cancellation of candidature and likely debarment from Commission’s examination for a period of three years. Bringing Mobile Phones and other Electronic equipments in to the Venues and Examinations is ban in the commission’s Examinations.
7. The candidature is provisional and is subject t final scrutiny by the Commission.
8. Candidates should write his/her name, Roll no., ticket no., name of exam. as mentioned overleaf, date of birth, Test Form no., correctly in the relevant places in OMR Answer sheet, failing which the OMR sheet will not be evaluated and ZERO marks will be awarded to them.
9. Read thoroughly the instructions given in the Recruitment Notice published in the Employment News and also available in the website.
10. Affix Left Thumb Impression and Signature in the space specified on Side-1 of OMR sheet.
11. Part A & B of OMR Answer Sheet to be filled in Black / Blue Ball Point Pen only as per instructions given in OMR Sheet.
12. Deduction of 0.25 marks will be made for each incorrect answer in Paper-I.
