Clinic Plus Mother’s Day Contest 2014 :
Following are the terms and conditions for participation in the “Clinic Plus Mother’s Day Campaign”. This year CLINIC PLUS & PLAN India have undertaken an initiative to educate the girls for at least one more year. The IVR campaign is being organized by TechShastra (I)Pvt. Ltd, for Hindustan Unilever Limited (“HUL”).
How to Paticipate :
To participate and show support the consumer should give a MISS call to “0 99671 99671” The consumer will then get a call back (OBD) which is an Interactive Voice Recording System (“IVRS”).Mobile Number which is registered with the National Do Not Call list will not receive the OBD calls.Participants will get 20 second’s to record their message through the Interactive Voice Recording System (“IVRS”).
On receipt of the response through a call on the IVRS, the same shall be thoroughly checked and verified by the Technology Partner.
Note :
It is to be noted that participants need to prefix a “0” before the long code for calling.
Terms and Conditions :
1 : These terms and conditions are applicable for the “CLINIC PLUS MOTHER’s DAY Campaign” wherein CLINIC PLUS & PLAN India have undertaken an initiative to educate girls for at least one more year. The IVR campaign starts in April 2014.
2 : The campaign is open for the callers who are citizens of India.
3 : The Campaign is being conducted by Techshastra India Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Technology Partner”) on behalf of Hindustan Unilever Limited (“HUL”).
4 : To participate and show support the consumer should give a MISS call to “0 99671 99671” The consumer will then get a call back (OBD) which is an Interactive Voice Recording System (“IVRS”).Mobile Number which is registered with the National Do Not Call list will not receive the OBD calls.
5 : Participants will get to learn about what Clinic Plus and PLAN India are doing as part of this initiative. They have to complete all the required details in IVRS round. There is also a recording option where they can record a message for their Mother and tell her how she has been their strength. This message will be played back to their Mother on Mother’s day.
6 : Participants will get 20 second’s to record their message through the Interactive Voice Recording System (“IVRS”).
7 : On receipt of the response through a call on the IVRS, the same shall be thoroughly checked and verified by the Technology Partner.
8 : Participation in the campaign shall be voluntary and no purchase of the product shall be mandatory for such participation therein. By participating in this campaign, the participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Terms and Conditions available on www.clinicplus.in (“Campaign Website”) as well as the decisions of HUL and/or the IVRS Partner and/or the On-Ground Activation Partner, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Campaign.
9 : All entries to the Campaign will be received only by way of IVRS system/Voice Call and no communication by any other mode will be valid and considered for registration to this Campaign.
10 : The IVRS services are being managed by the Technology partner. Once the message is received, the rights on the same shall vest with HUL, and any further use of the same, with the name of the participant, for any promotional or such other purposes can be done by HUL. However any information provided therein by the participants shall remain with HUL and shall not be transmitted further unless on a need to know basis or under a subpeona.
11 : It is to be noted that participants need to prefix a “0” before the long code for calling.
12 : HUL or its technology partner shall not be responsible if for some reason the participant is unable to connect to the said number.
13 : Inability to connect to the long code could be due to various reasons such as network congestion, participant being out of coverage area, network unavailable, third party dependency, etc.
14 : HUL shall not be responsible for misdirected calls or loss of call while punching the response/ story in IVRS. Proof of calling is not proof of receipt of the call.
15 : The participants shall have to pay all applicable charges to their telecom service provider for sending for making a call to the feedback number provided by the Technology Partner IVRS through BSNL/MTNL land line/other telecom service provider.
16 : This campaign will be conducted in the following languages: Hindi, English, Tamil & Telugu.
17 : There is no entry fee for participating in this Campaign; Participants are therefore cautioned to beware of anyone soliciting payments for entry to this program.
18 : HUL reserves the right to alter, modify or change any terms and conditions herein or modify/change, discontinue, terminate, withdraw the campaign at any time during the Campaign Period at its sole discretion without prior notice or assigning any reason.
19 : All disputes with respect to this Campaign are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or forums in Mumbai only.
20 : Users can participate multiple times in the campaign.
21 : By participating in the campaign, the participant expressly agrees to receive calls and messages from HUL about any promotional offers, campaigns, product launches, etc., or for any surveys, consumer studies or product appraisals.
