‘Maestro Ranbir Activation’ Offer (Lucky Draw) Terms & Conditions :
1 : The ‘Maestro Ranbir Activation’ offer (hereinafter called “MRA Offer”) is promoted by Hero MotoCorp Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as ‘HMC’)

2 : The MRA offer is open only to males fulfilling all the following conditions: A) who are residents of India; B) who are at least 18 years of age; C) who possess a valid driving licence; D) who test-ride or purchase a ‘Maestro’ scooter at an authorised outlet of Hero MotoCorp Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “HMC Outlet”). all such males shall be hereinafter referred to as “Participants”

3 : The MRA Offer is available for 2 designated categories, which involves (1) the participants residing and participating for ‘Slogan Writing Contest’ in the states of Tamil Nadu and Karnataka and (2) the participants residing and participating for ‘Lucky Draw’ in other states of the country

4 : The MRA offer is open for the period from 1st May 2014 to 31st May 2014 – both days inclusive (hereinafter referred to as “Offer Period”), unless otherwise changed by HMC.

5 : The MRA Offer is not open to employees and associates of HMC, its outlets, advertising agency and their relatives.

6 : The participation in MRA Offer is purely on voluntary basis.

7 : All participants taking test-ride of ‘Maestro’ scooter shall be required to sign an Undertaking/Indemnity in favour of HMC and its outlets before taking test-ride.

8 : Every participant shall be entitled for one Lucky-Draw coupon only.

9 : The ‘Lucky-Draw’ is not available in the states of Tamil Nadu & Karnataka.

10 : The participant(s) taking more than one test-ride shall be entitled to fill-up only one Lucky-Draw Coupon. Therefore, anyone found to fill-up more than one Lucky-Draw Coupon shall be disqualified for participation and/or any benefit under MRA Offer.

11 : The participant(s) may have a chance to meet Ranbir Kapoor based on lucky-draw results.

12 : HMC reserves the right to select the participants and procedure by which the lucky-winners shall be decided and result arising out of that shall be final and binding upon all.

13 : It is the sole discretion of HMC to offer or not to offer the travel facilities to the lucky-winners (to and fro) from the city from where Maestro has been purchased /test ridden to Mumbai, besides deciding the mode of travel viz. Air, Rail or Road. In case of air-travel, it will be economy class air-travel to Mumbai from the airport closest to the city from where ‘Maestro’ scooter has been purchased/test ridden; and in case of travel by train or road, it will be train or taxi/bus closest to the railway station or taxi/bus station where ‘Maestro’ scooter has been purchased/test ridden.

14 : The lucky-winners shall be entitled to boarding & lodging on twin sharing basis for one night; and an opportunity to meet Ranbir Kapoor. All other expenses will be the responsibility of the lucky-winners.

15 : The date, timing & location of meeting with Ranbir Kapoor shall be as per the discretion of HMC and no request in this regard will be entertained.
